摘 要

本施工组织设计是对睿博融城一期项目6号楼总体施工的纲领性文件。编制时对施工部署、施工准备、分部分项工程及专项工程施工方案、质量及进度保证措施、施工现场管理等各方面因素全面考虑，突出可行性及针对性。按照工程要求，对各类资源科学计算，合理安排后编制出的在时空上合理的施工部署文件。

本设计主要包括一下内容：工程概况、工程WBS分解、施工准备工作总计划、施工总进度计划及作业性进度计划、资源配置计划、施工平面布置图、具体施工方案。为确保工期、质量和安全、文明施工、节约成本等目标，编制出针对性施工组织设计，针对每个分部分项工程的特点，结构特征，施工难点进行切实安排，从而知道施工顺利完成，控制工程成本。

Construction organization design of building 6 of Ruibo Rongcheng phase I project, Xuyi county, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province

Abstract

The construction organization design is a programmatic document for the overall construction of building 6 of Ruibo Rongcheng phase I project. During the preparation, the construction deployment, construction preparation, construction scheme of divisional and subdivisional works and special works, quality and progress assurance measures, construction site management and other factors shall be fully considered to highlight the feasibility and pertinence. According to the requirements of the project, the reasonable construction deployment documents in time and space are prepared after scientific calculation and reasonable arrangement of various resources.

The design mainly includes the following contents: project overview, WBS decomposition, general plan of construction preparation, general construction schedule and operational schedule, resource allocation plan, construction layout plan and specific construction scheme. In order to ensure the construction period, quality and safety, civilized construction, cost saving and other objectives, a targeted construction organization design is prepared, and practical arrangements are made according to the characteristics, structural characteristics and construction difficulties of each sub divisional and sub divisional works, so as to know the smooth completion of construction and control the project cost.
