摘 要

一份好的投标文件很重要，直接反映企业人员、业绩、设备、财务等方面的实力，还能体现出企业的管理水平和企业文化。投标文件是施工企业为承揽工程建设向建设单位提出来的要约文件，也是建设单位了解投标单位综合实力的窗口，是施工企业获得中标的依据，也是评标组织(评标委员会)进行评审和比较的对象。所以说，编制一份合格并且优秀的招标文件是一次工程项目中的重中之重。

本次毕业设计的主要内容是编制宁波吉风新建厂房1#厂房的投标书，主要涉及两个个模块，分别是商务标、技术标，从而确保该项目的投标报价工作能够顺利的实施。

本工程项目占地面积45762平方米，新建厂房计总建筑面积46259平方米，由浙江金瑞建筑设计有限公司设计己完成，分一号楼和二号楼。建设地点位于余姚市朗霞镇，建筑结构形式为框架结构，钢筋混凝土设计合理使用年限为50年。建筑耐火等级一级，屋面防水等级II级，抗震防烈度6级，抗震等级四级。

Abstract

A good bidding document is very important. It directly reflects the strength of enterprise personnel, performance, equipment, finance and other aspects. It also reflects the management level and corporate culture of the enterprise. Bidding documents are the tender documents submitted by construction enterprises to construction units for contracting construction projects. They are also the windows for construction units to understand the comprehensive strength of bidding units, the basis for construction enterprises to win bids, and the objects for evaluation and comparison by bid evaluation organizations (bid evaluation committees). Therefore, the preparation of a qualified and excellent bidding documents is the top priority in a project.

The main content of this graduation project is to compile the tender for No. 1 workshop of Jifeng New Workshop in Ningbo, which mainly involves two modules, namely, commercial tender and technical tender, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project's tender quotation.

The project covers an area of 45762 square meters, and the total building area of the newly built workshop is 46259 square meters. The project has been designed and completed by Zhejiang Jinrui Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and is divided into No. 1 Building and No. 2 Building. The construction site is located in Longxia Town, Yuyao City. The structure form is frame structure, and the reasonable service life of reinforced concrete design is 50 years. Building fire-resistant grade I, roof waterproof grade II, seismic intensity 6, seismic grade 4.
