摘 要

毕业设计是根据盐城市大丰区大中镇同德村农民公寓7#8#楼工程施工招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的招标书。

该工程总建筑面积10531.4平方米，建筑高度为31.90米，共为11层，无地下室，地上一层为车库，二~十一层为住宅，抗震设防烈度等级为7度。该工程投标总价为16,158,115.72元。

设计包括：资信标、商务标和技术标。资信标包括投标人基本情况、近年完成的类似项目、企业信誉情况和主要项目管理人员简历。商务标包括投标函、法定代表人身份证明、授权委托书、已标价工程量清单和投标保证金。技术标包括总体概述、项目施工临时设施布置表和现场平面图、施工进度计划和各阶段进度保证措施、各分部分项工程的施工方案和质量保证措施、安全文明施工及环境保护措施、项目管理组织机构形式、人员配备和职责分工、劳动力、机械设备和材料投入计划、工程项目实施的重点、难点和解决方案、季节性施工措施。

Bidding Documents for Construction of 7# 8# Building of Tongde Village Farmer's Apartment in Dazhong Town

Abstract

Graduation design is based on the tender notice, contract conditions, technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents of the tender documents for the construction of 7 # 8 # building of Tongde Village Farmer's Apartment in Dazhong Town, Yancheng City.

The total building area of the project is 10531.4 square meters, and the building height is 31.90 meters. There are 11 floors without basement. The first floor on the ground is a garage, the second to eleven floors are residential buildings, and the seismic fortification intensity level is 7 degrees. The total tender price of the project is 16,158,115.72 yuan.

The design includes: Credit Standard, Business Standard and Technical Standard. Credit bids include the basic information of bidders, similar projects completed in recent years, the reputation of enterprises and the resumes of key project managers. Commercial tender includes tender letter, legal representative identity certificate, power of attorney, bill of quantities of tendered works and tender bond. Technical standards include general overview, temporary facility layout and site plan, construction progress plan and schedule assurance measures at all stages, construction scheme and quality assurance measures for each sub-project, safe and civilized construction and environmental protection measures, organizational form of project management, staffing and division of responsibilities, labor force, mechanical equipment and material input plan, etc. The key points, difficulties and solutions of project implementation, seasonal construction measures and new materials application.
