摘 要

投标文件是指投标人应招标文件要求编制的响应性文件，一般由商务文件、技术文件、报价文件和其他部分组成。而中标是施工企业承揽工程任务的唯一途径，也是公司的关键。因此，合理编制投标文件对于公司发展很有意义。

本次毕业设计依据广东省深圳市南山区茶光工业区升级改造项目一期土建施工工程的图纸和招标文件来编制投标文件，该工程为公寓楼，建筑面积42060.05㎡平方米，设计一共分为四个部分，主要编制商务标和技术标部分，依据该工程的招标文件和招标控制价，运用广联达软件GBQ4.0，采用不平衡报价法编制出包括工程量清单报价表等内容的商务标部分，依据毕业实习期间在该工程所在地搜集的资料和工程图纸，运用斑马·梦龙软件，围绕工程质量、成本和工期这三个方面展开编制出技术标部分，主要包括施工准备工作计划、施工部署、施工进度计划和施工方案，运用广联达场地布置软件将所需要的材料设备、临时设施合理安排，本次毕业设计重点编制了混凝土结构、建筑砌体等工程报价部分、施工现场总平面布置、施工方案、施工进度计划等内容。

Tender Documents for Phase I Civil Construction Project of Chaguang Industrial Zone Upgrading and Reconstruction Project in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province Abstract

Bid documents refer to responsive documents prepared by bidders in accordance with the requirements of bid documents, and generally consist of commercial documents, technical documents, quotation documents and other parts. The winning bid is the only way for the construction company to undertake the project task, and it is also the key of the company. Therefore, the rational preparation of tender documents for the development of the company is very meaningful.

The graduation design is based on the drawings and bidding documents of the first phase of the civil construction construction project of the upgrade and renovation project in Chaguang Industrial Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. The project is an apartment building with a building area of 42060.05 square meters. The design is divided into four parts, mainly preparing commercial standards and technical standards. According to the bidding documents and bid control prices of the project, the commercial bid parts including the quantity list quotation table were compiled by using the Guanglianta software GBQ4 .0.

According to the data and engineering drawings collected at the site of the project during the graduation internship, the Zebra Menglong software was used to compile the technical specifications in three aspects: Project quality, cost, and duration. It mainly includes the construction preparation work plan, construction deployment, construction schedule plan and construction plan. The use of Guanglianta site layout software will rationally arrange the required materials, equipment, and temporary facilities. The graduation design focuses on the preparation of concrete structure, building masonry and other engineering quotation parts, construction site layout, construction plan, construction schedule and other content.
