摘 要

本毕业设计是根据蓝艺学校综合教学楼项目工程施工招标文件的投标人须知、评标办法、工程量清单、合同条款、技术标准、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。

本毕业设计的重点撰写内容包括：商务标部分和技术标部分。商务标部分包含土建，装饰，安装的分部分项工程量清单与计价表，综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价表，规费、税金项目清单与计价表等。工程量的计算主要是按照《2013年工程量清单计价规范》相关计算规则进行计算，投标报价则是根据本工程的投标须知和合同文件的相关条款进行编制，套用价格利用广联达计价软件和广材助手。技术标从人、材、机方面进行施工的综合布置，主要包括工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、施工现场总平面布置等。本设计严格依据招标文件提出的要求和条件进行设计，对招标文件做出实质性响应。

Bidding Documents for Construction of Comprehensive Building Project of Lanyi School

Abstract

This graduation project is based on the bidder's instructions, bid evaluation methods, bill of quantities, contract terms, technical standards, drawings and other relevant documents of the bidding documents for the construction of the comprehensive teaching building project of Lanyi University.

The key contents of this graduation project include: business and technical tenders. The commercial tender includes the list of quantities and valuation of civil engineering, decoration and installation, the comprehensive unit price analysis table, the list of measures and valuation table, the list and valuation table of other items, the list and valuation table of fees and taxes, etc. The calculation of engineering quantity is mainly based on the relevant calculation rules of the Code for Valuation of Bill of Quantities in 2013. The bidding quotation is compiled according to the bidding instructions of the project and the relevant clauses of the contract documents. The pricing software of Guanglianda and the assistant of Guangcai are used to apply the price. The comprehensive layout of construction from human, material and machine aspects of the technical standard mainly includes the general situation of the project, construction deployment, construction preparation, general layout of the construction site, etc. The design is strictly based on the requirements and conditions set forth in the tender documents, and makes a substantive response to the tender documents.
