摘 要

随着我国基本建设飞速发展及社会主义市场经济体制和法制建设的不断完善,施工组织设计的编制与审核越来越重要。用科学、合理、安全、符合规范要求的施工组织设计指导施工,能够保证施工质量、安全和进度等要求,对于安全生产具有极其重要的作用。

本文以腊山御园二期工程项目为例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，制定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。

The Mountain Garden Project Construction Organization Design

Abstract

With rapid development and basic construction in our country socialist market economic system and the continuous improvement of the legal system construction, editing and auditing of construction organization design is more and more important. In a scientific, reasonable, safe and meet the requirements of the specification of construction organization design to guide the construction, to ensure construction quality, safety and schedule requirements, has an extremely important role for safe production.
Taking Mountain garden project construction, combined with the actual situation, each division component project construction plan of the project has carried on the detailed design. By using the basic theory of progress control, from the perspective of project managers, whole process from start to prepare to completion inspection and acceptance of the project schedule planning and design of the system, using the crossing graph and the network chart to analyze schedule, and puts forward concrete according to the actual situation to ensure schedule implementation measures; Quality and safety, and formulated the strict technical and organizational measures, aiming at common problems in construction project, the key problems in planning, establish the corresponding management organizations, to ensure the quality and safety plan is very good.
