摘 要

本施工组织设计是为南京明茂荣里项目而进行编制。本施工组织首先介绍了工程概况以及施工部署。然后根据工程要求，进行了施工准备以及施工方案的编制。根据项目的要求对项目施工进度计划进行了详细的说明。编制了组织措施来保证工程的进度、质量和安全问题。依照进度及施工进度编制了资源计划。最后根据现场情况和施工要求，进行了项目施工临时设施和现场平面图等内容的编制，使施工现场有序。施工组织设计是在开工前结合工程自身特点和工地具体情况，按照工程的要求，经过详细的计算、对比，对所需要的劳动力、材料、机具和临时设施等资源做出的合理安排，进而编制出的一套在时间和空间上进行合理施工的战略部署文件，是项目顺利完成的基础和保证。
