摘 要

本次设计的主要内容是编制世纪花苑小区扩建工程实施规划，利用项目管理软件完成施工平面图和施工进度网络计划及进度计划横道图。

项目管理规划大纲作为投标文件的一部分，其内容包括13个方面。它是由企业管理层在投标之前编制的，旨在作为投标依据、满足招标文件要求及签订合同要求的文件。编制项目管理规划大纲的目的是确保项目按规定的要求圆满的实现，它包括使项目所有的功能活动能够按照预期的建设工程项目管理及目标要求得以实施。项目管理规划大纲是一个系统工程，在实施的过程中，应创造必要的资源条件，使之与建设工程项目管理要求相适应。项目各参与方都必须保证其工作质量，做到工程流程程序化、标准化和规范化，围绕一个共同目标——实现建设工程项目管理的最优化，开展建设工程项目管理工作。

本设计的内容主要就是根据《建设工程项目管理规范》的要求编制工程项目管理规划大纲，编写力求完整详细并突出自己的独到见解，体现出自己独特的一面。本设计中应解决的主要问题是工程量清单计算规则的掌握和工程项目管理规划大纲的展开论述。

ABSTRACT

The main content of this design is the preparation of Century Garden District expansion project implementation plan, using project management software to complete the construction plan and construction schedule network plan and Progress schedule chart.

The planning outline for construction project management takes the tender documents a part, whose content including 13 aspect contents. The planning outline for construction project management is authorized by the company. Its aim lies on that regarding it as the document which is the basis of biding and the requirement of the tender documents and the contracts. The objective of planning outline for construction project management is to assure the project being done correctly which includes that all the actions can achieve a goal by the implement of planning outline for construction project management. The planning outline for construction project management is a systematic process that in the operation, we must create the necessary resource conditions which adapt to the need of the project. All the actors must assure the quality of work, make the project work flow process standardization and normalization. We all come to one object after all-accomplish the most effectiveness of construction project management, and further development on construction project management.

This design’s content is mainly according to “Construction project management Standard” the request establishment engineering project management planning program, the compilation makes every effort complete detailed and highlights own original opinion, manifests unique one side, simultaneously calculates the resilience establishment resilience detailed list according to the blueprint according to “Construction project Resilience Detailed list Valuation Standard”. In this design should solve the subject matter is resilience detailed list computation rule grasping launches the elaboration with the engineering project management planning program.
