摘 要

本投标文件是根据新会碧桂园六期7号～10号楼总承包工程施工图纸，遵照国家及地方的法律、法规和规范，结合工程特点、类似工程施工经验编制而成。本投标文件的重点在于技术标中的施工组织设计和商务标中的投标报价。施工组织设计和投标报价是投标文件编制的难点。在这次毕业设计里，我重点分析了以上两个方面的问题。技术标包括编制说明、工程概况、项目管理机构、施工平面布置、进度计划以及各工程施工方案等。商务标则包括法定代表人身份证明、授权委托书、已标价工程量清单、拟分包项目情况表等等。本设计旨在通过对清单积极模式下的投标文件的编制进一步熟悉投标各个方面流程，对工程投标文件的编制能够熟练掌握。

Abstract

The tender documents is according to the bi gui yuan 6th 7 ~ 10 construction drawings, in accordance with national and local laws, regulations and norms, combined with engineering characteristics, and similar project construction experience. This tender documents will focus on technology standard of construction organization design and business standard of tender offer. Construction organization design and the difficulties of the tender offer is tender documentation. In this graduation design, I analyzed the above two aspects. Technology standard including manual, engineering survey, project management agencies, construction layout, schedule and various engineering construction plan, etc. Business standard, including proof of identity is the legal representative, a power of attorney, priced bill of quantities, intends to subcontract the project table and so on. This design aims to list the positive mode for further familiar with his bid documents to the various aspects of the process, the project bidding documents compiling can grasp skilled.
