摘 要

根据工程图纸完成招标文件工程量清单的编制，并站在B企业的角度进行施工技术方案和组织方法的拟定、材料与劳务（分包）工程量投标报价等计算工作。我们小组三个成员共同探讨后决定采用手算土建和装饰工程工程量清单的方法，此方法可以让我们更加了解工程量清单编制的规则。因为计算量的问题，我们采用BIM建模的方式来统计钢筋用量。在编制好工程量清单之后，根据计价规则套用江苏省工程量清单定额，初步完成工程量的编制，小组成员商讨后再进行修改。投标报价由未来清单计价软件完成。

完成基本合理的投标报价后，按照招标文件小组成员各自完成一份完整的投标文件。

在编制投标文件中的施工组织方设计时需要对项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全及文明施工措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，确保优质高速的完成全部施工任务。编制好的施工组织方案还需要与招标文件和投标报价相呼应，不能够前后矛盾。

Compilation of Bill of quantities and bidding quotation of Enterprise B for Placement Housing Project in Guanyun County

Abstract

Complete the preparation of the bill of quantities in the bidding documents according to the engineering drawings, and formulate the construction technical scheme and organizational method, and calculate the bidding quotation of materials and labor (subcontract) quantities from the perspective of enterprise B. After discussing with three members of our group, we decided to adopt the manual calculation method for the bill of quantities of civil engineering and decoration engineering, which can help us better understand the rules for the preparation of bill of quantities. Because of the problem of calculation, we use BIM modeling method to calculate the amount of reinforcement. After compiling the bill of quantities, according to the pricing rules and applying the quota of the bill of quantities of jiangsu province, the preparation of the bill of quantities was preliminarily completed, and then the team members discussed and revised it. The tender quotation shall be completed by the future inventory pricing software.

After the basic and reasonable bidding quotation is completed, each member of the bidding team shall complete a complete bidding document according to the bidding document.Construction organization design in the preparation of the tender documents to the project management organization setup, construction overall arrangement, main partial construction method, safety and civilized construction measures, and many other factors as consideration, outstanding scientific, applicability and pertinence, ensure high-quality high-speed to complete all the construction task. The prepared construction organization plan should also correspond to the bidding document and bid quotation, and should not be inconsistent.

1.1 工程概况

1.1.1 工程简介

本工程位于江苏省宿迁市灌云县，由灌云县人民政府建设。建筑结构形式为底层框架结构，上部为砖砌体结构，建筑结构的类别为3类，设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为7度。此外根据B企业进行投标文件编制，B企业为原市属一家国有中型建筑企业，2000年改制。公司具有房屋建筑工程一级施工总承包资质、市政公用工程二级总承包资质和地基与基础工程、消防设施工程、机电设备安装、装饰装潢、钢结构工程5个二级专业承包资质。

（1）建筑层数为地上六层，总高度为19.0米，建筑面积1257.49平方米。
