摘 要

小组任务主要分为编制工程量清单、计算工程造价、编制投标文件。编制工程量清单我们选择分别计算，我本人和另外两名小组成员对土建和装饰部分的工程量采用手算，这样可以让我们更加熟悉工程量的计算规则，帮助我们更好地学会识图，有助于我们对于图纸的了解。钢筋部分由于工程量大，我们选择采用先进的BIM建模直接导出钢筋的数量，这样不仅可以让给我们与现实工作接轨，计算出来的结果还更加精确。套定额计算工程造价是小组成员结合建筑本身和自己投标方的公司状况选择不同的人工、机械、材料等，最后得到的报价也会有些差异。投标文件内容包括投标函、工程量清单报价表、辅助资料表等，由我们全组成员在查阅了相应的规范，并且结合了建筑本身最后编制而成。

Calculation of quantity list and bidding quotation of A Enterprise in Guanyunxian Resettlement House Project

Abstract

The task of the team is to draw up the bill of quantities, calculate the cost of the project, and compile the bidding documents. We chose to calculate the bill of quantities separately, and myself and two other team members used manual calculations for the civil and decorative parts, which would enable us to become more familiar with the calculation rules of the quantities and help us better learn how to read drawings. It is helpful for us to understand the drawing. Because of the large amount of steel bars, we choose to use advanced BIM modeling to derive the quantity of steel bars directly, which can not only bring us in line with the actual work, but also make the calculated results more accurate. The calculation of Project cost with fixed amount is a small component Combined with the construction itself and the bidder's company conditions, people choose different labor, machinery, materials, etc., the final price will also be somewhat different. The contents of the tender documents include tender letter, bill of quantities quotation table, auxiliary information table and so on. All the members of our group have consulted the corresponding specifications, and combined with the final compilation of the building itself.

工程概况

工程简介

本项目建设地点为江苏省宿迁市灌云县，建设项目性质为安置房，建设方为灌云县人民政府。

建筑设计特点

建筑层数为六层，总高度为19.85m，建筑面积为1257.49㎡，共有10套安置房。

（1）本工程结构设计使用年限为50年，结构安全等级为二级；

（2）本工程防火等级为二级，建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，基础设计等级为丙级，抗震墙等级为二级，屋面防水二级；

（3）本工程底部为框架结构，上部为砌体结构；

（4）本工程抗震设防烈度为7度，场地类别Ⅱ类，地面粗糙度为B类；场地土属于松软土，地势有起伏，无液化；

（5）本工程地基采用天然地基，基础为墙下无筋扩展基础形式；
