摘 要

现阶段市政项目复杂化程度提高，影响设计与施工的因素多，参建单位以全过程咨询和总包方式介入趋势明显，业主从多维度对项目进行评价，对于项目提出了更高的要求。BIM在该环境下发挥出优势，采用可视化手段在项目的全生命周期进行设计及施工的优化，参与运维管理，通过量化手段及仿真模拟，提高工作效率、节约成本。

本次毕业设计包括：广联达GMA模型、预算文件、手算计算稿。GMA模型包括道路工程建模，雨污水工程建模，井管建模。预算文件包括道路工程，交通工程，排水工程，照明工程，绿化工程的分部分项工程量清单和计价表，规费，税金项目清单和计价表，工程量计算表；工程量计算按照《市政工程工程量清单计价规范》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用广联达计价软件，本工程总造价16993005.45元。

毕业设计是根据某交叉路口施工改造工程招标文件，招标标准，施工图纸，和其他有关文件编制而成的预算文件。

Abstract

Graduation project is based on the bidding documents, bidding standards, construction drawings and other relevant documents of an intersection construction and reconstruction project.

Graduation project includes: GMA model, tender letter, commercial tender, technical tender, manual calculation and small paper. GMA model includes road modeling, rain sewage modeling, well pipe modeling. Letter of tender includes letter of tender and letter of tender catalogue. The commercial tender includes the bill of quantities and valuation table of road engineering, traffic engineering, drainage engineering, lighting engineering and greening engineering, bill of fees, bill of taxes and valuation table, and bill of quantities calculation table; The quantity of the project is calculated in accordance with the calculation rules in the specification for the quantity of municipal engineering bill of quantities, and the project cost is the application of the list of quotation, the price set by guanglianda valuation software, the total cost of the project 16993005.45yuan. The technical standard is mainly the construction organization design, its content includes the engineering general situation, the construction organization and the deployment, the preparation before the construction, each management measure, the design plan optimization and the reduction cost measure. Technical standards from the people, materials, machinery to carry out the construction layout, from the technology, construction, materials and other aspects to take measures to ensure the project schedule, project quality and construction safety, and on this basis to reduce the cost, the project is scheduled to be 90 days.

1. 项目概况

振兴路与侨兴北路交叉口改造工程位于新会区明兴社区，项目设计范围主要为振兴路 与侨兴北路现状交叉口范围。项目主要改造内容为该交叉口范围内的交通环岛及绿化带改造成水泥混凝土路面、新建中央 分隔带、修复破损路面、人行道及路缘石的修复、排水设施改造修复、完善交通安全设施以及照明设施改造。
