摘 要

该设计主要分为三个部分，第一部分是小组的内容。我们小组首先要完成属于自己的英文翻译，然后就是完成一份全过程管理设计，这份设计主要分成三部分：前期策划准备阶段、编制招标文件阶段、编制投标文件阶段。第二部分便是我自己的内容，便是投标文件的编制。参加设计者必须根据招标文件，编制投标文件中的技术标书；同时，遵照有关工程造价的规定以及招标文件要求，结合确定的施工方案，以及对市场行情的询价，合理确定投标策略，对工程进行投标报价。通过这个环节，让学生全面了解施工投标报价的有关工作，熟悉工程造价的有关法律、法规及规定，熟悉投标报价的内容、方法和程序，掌握施工组织设计的内容、方法和程序，增加学生适应社会的竞争能力和独立工作的能力。而科技小论文部分则是深入的探究成贤幼儿园投标的策略与技巧。

通过这次的设计，我们对工程量的计算及定额投标有了进一步的了解。本设计按照江苏省2013年颁布的新的建设工程计价依据，编制了成贤幼儿园工程投标文件。工程为框架结构，共三层，建筑面积为4493.94㎡，工程造价为8290194.87元，每平米造价为1844.75元。

Abstract

This design is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is the content of the group. Our group must first finish our own English translation, then finish a whole process management design. This design is divided three parts: the stage of first-phase planning and preparations, the preparation of tender documents and the establishment of tender documents. The second part is our own content, the establishment of tender documents. The designer must prepare the technical tender document according to the bidding documents. At the same time, the designer should determine the bidding strategy reasonable and quote the engineering bidding price in accordance with the tender document, technical tender document and the building cost of projects and marketing requirements, combing the construction plan as well as to the market inquiry. Through this link, students can fully understand the knowledge of relevant construction bid quoted price, the relevant laws, regulations and provisions of the engineering cost, learning the contents of the bid price quotations, methods and procedures, knowing the contents, methods and procedures of construction design. This can enhance students’ ability to adapt to the social competition and the ability to work independently. The paper of science and technology mainly discuss the bidding strategies and skills of Chengxian kindergarten.

Through this design, engineers have further understanding of engineering calculation and fixed investment tenders. According to the new construction project value based in Jiangsu Province in 2013, compiled into a project bidding project of Chengxian kindergarten. This engineering is the frame structure, a total of three. The construction area of 4493.94㎡, the engineering cost is 8290194.87yuan, the cost is 1844.75yuan/square meter.
