摘 要

本毕业设计从英文翻译开始，经过老师选题后，填写开题报告。之后下发图纸。根据联科厂房的图纸，并依据《房屋建筑及装饰工程量计算规范》和《建筑及装饰工程技术与计价》，完成联科厂房工程量的计算，并通过未来清单软件完成对工程量清单的编制。

在报价过程中，根据C企业的企业特点，对施工组织设计进行研究，并对未来清单中提供的定额进行选择，完成技术标和商务标的编制，即完成了投标文件的内容。

在投标报价的过程中，我发现使用各种软件编制投标文件十分便捷高效，所以第四部分小论文就研究和讨论关于投标文件编制中软件的使用这一课题。倡导大家使用各类软件编制投标文件。

Abstract

This graduation design starting from the English translation, after the teacher topics, fill out the proposal. According to the joint science workshop drawings and according to the lt; housing construction and decoration engineering quantity calculation specification gt; and lt; building and decoration engineering and valuation gt;, complete combination of plant engineering quantity calculation and through the next list software completed the preparation of engineering quantity list.

In the bidding process, according to the characteristics of the C company of the enterprise, the construction organization design research, and to future in the list provided by the quota for the selection, technical standards and business standard compilation is complete, that the completion of the contents of the bid documents.

In the bidding process, I found that the use of various software the compilation of the bidding documents is very convenient, and so in the fourth part, the thesis study and discuss about the compilation of the bidding documents in software using the subject. We advocate using all kinds of software for the preparation of bid documents.
