江宁区某地块项目物业管理方案

摘 要
本次论文所涉及的是物业管理方面,当中主要内容包括了物业管理的概念、物业管理组织框架以及物业管理内容标准和收费标准等。我们组成员对这一方案进行了设计,而我此次在小组中分配到关于物业管理方面的任务。此次项目的地块地处南京市江宁开发区胜太路以北、胜太十四路以东地块;小区定名为:金域花苑。前期我们通过发放问卷收集资料,经过分析和计算,并结合我们所了解的物业管理方面的知识,制定了项目物业管理的组织框架,对物业管理的内容做出自己的理解。
在物业公司接管小区后,我们队公司以后发展的组织框架做出了简单的规划。以及今后公司发展的将采取的管理档次与服务标准,服务后我们对于小区物业管理费用作出自己的规划。

Program design of JinYuHuaYuan residential property management abstract
This thesis deals with property management, which mainly includes the concept of property management, property management and property management organizational framework and content standards and other charges. Our team members for this program has been designed, and I am on the assigned task of property management in the group. Lot of this project is located in Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone Sheng Tai Road, north, east road wins too fourteen plots; cell named: JinYuHuaYuan. We collect information through the preliminary questionnaire, after analysis and calculation, combined with knowledge of property management as we know, we developed a project organization framework of property management, property management to make the content of their own understanding.
After taking over residential property company, the organizational framework of our development team after the company made a simple plan. And future management level and service standards will take the company"s development.After serving our residential property management fee for making their own plan.
