摘 要

本工程为成贤一中2#教学楼，位于江苏省泰兴市。为五层框架结构。总建筑面积约3086m²，建筑高度22.04m。建筑抗震设防烈度为八度，框架抗震等级二级，建筑抗震设防类别为乙类，设计使用年限五十年。耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级为二级，砌体施工质量控制等级为B级，建筑结构安全等级为二级。

本次毕业设计主要任务是投标文件的编制，投标文件包括投标函、技术标书和商务标书。技术标书主要是施工组织设计，其内容包括：工程概况及特点；施工方案；单位工程施工进度计划；劳动力、主要材料及施工机具需求量计划；施工平面图；各项技术经济指标及保证工程质量、安全的措施。商务标书的核心是投标报价。并参与该工程的项目管理策划和招标文件的编制。

Construction of Bidding Documents for Construction Project of Chengxian Yizhong 2 # Teaching Building

Abstract

The project is Chengxian Yizhong 2 # Teaching Building , located in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province. For a five-story frame structure. Total construction area of about 3086m ², building height of 22.04m. Building seismic fortification intensity of eight degrees, the framework of seismic grade two, building seismic fortification category for the B class, the design life of 50 years. Fire rating for the two, the roof waterproof level for the two, masonry construction quality control level for the B level, building structural safety level for the two.

The main task of this graduation project is the preparation of tender documents, tender documents, including tender letters, technical tenders and business tender. The technical tenders are mainly the construction organization design, which includes: project overview and characteristics; construction plan; unit construction progress schedule; labor force, main materials and construction machinery demand plan; construction plan; technical and economic indicators and ensure project quality, Safe measures. The core of the business tender is the tender offer. And participate in the project management planning and the preparation of tender documents.
