摘 要

中国的市场经济正处在高速发展阶段，工程开发是市场经济发展中不可或缺的组成部分，而招投标阶段是决定整个工程能否高效、合理完成的关键阶段，投标阶段得以实施更是确保了市场竞争的合理性与公正性，并且投标是决定一个单位能否拿下一个工程的决定性阶段，这需要投标文件的编纂人对招标工程的情况有很清晰的认识，制定合理的施工组织设计，结合招标文件中的评标方法（商务标和技术标），通过市场询价，合理提出报价，为其服务的企业做出贡献。这个阶段很有挑战性，所以在本次毕业设计中，我选择了物业办公楼工程项目投标文件的编制。

本次毕业成果由四部分组成：

（1）毕业设计综述，包括了根据本次毕业设计内容及过程，对整个毕业设计的心得和感悟，以及本工程的工程概况；

（2）投标文件，包括了投标函及投标函附录、已标价工程量清单、施工组织设计、拟投入本标段的主要施工设备表、拟配备本标段的试验和检测仪器设备表、劳动力计划表、计划开、竣工日期和施工进度网络图、施工总平面图以及临时用地表；

（3）科技小论文，包括了小论文、致谢词以及参考文献；

（4）附录。

在本次毕业设计中，我克服了对工程量计算的恐惧，并大致了解了主体结构的工程量计算方法，还初步学会了施工组织设计的编制，温习了CAD、未来软件、Microsoft Office Project等软件的用法，并且学会了劳动力计划表的计算方法，受益匪浅，收获颇丰。

Abstract

Chinese market economy is in a stage of rapid development, engineering development is an integral part of the development of market economy indispensable, but the bidding stage is to decide whether the whole project is efficient, reasonable critical stage completed, the bidding phase is to be implemented to ensure that competition in the market rationality and impartiality, and bidding is to determine whether a unit won a decisive stage in the project, which requires the codification of bid documents for the case of bidding the project has a very clear understanding of the development of rational construction design combined with the tender document evaluation methods （business Standard and technical standards）, through market inquiry, the offer is reasonable, its services business to contribute. This stage is very challenging, so in this graduation project, I chose the property office project preparation of tender documents.

The graduation achievement consists of four parts:

（1） Graduate design review, including a graduation project according to the content and process of the entire graduate design ideas and insights, and Project Overview of the Project;

（2） The tender documents, including the Tender and Appendix to Tender, the priced bill of quantities, construction design, to be put into the tenders of major construction equipment table, to be equipped with the tenders of testing and detection equipment table, labor schedule, plans to open, the completion date and construction schedule network diagram, master plan construction and temporary use of ground;

（3） Technology essays, including essays, vote of thanks and references;

（4） Appendix.

In this graduation project, I have overcome the fear of engineering calculation, and the general understanding of the engineering method of calculating the amount of the main structure, but also the rudiments of the preparation of construction design, review the CAD, the future of software, Microsoft Office Project, etc. software usage, and learn the calculation method of the labor schedule, benefit and rewarding.
