摘 要

物业管理是一个实践性很强的一个行业，在本次设计中有幸的对这一课题进行研究。这个毕业设计不仅要求我能够充分掌握与物业经营管理有关的理论知识，而且还要求我们能够去南京市的一些物业市场去进行一些调查，也就是说要有一定的实践能力。目前，中国的物业管理，可以说是逐渐的走向了正轨，那我们对其进行研究是十分有必要的，通过分析物业管理的不同问题，来研究我们应该如何管理好一个小区，物业管理企业到底要具备哪些因素。随着我国的社会经济的不断发展，物业管理行业也不断的壮大了，已经逐步的成为了新兴的朝阳行业。物业管理行业在时间的流逝中，这个行业也改变了很多，物业管理方面的问题也逐渐的显现出来。随着物业管理行业的不断深入和发展，我们也要逐渐的去熟悉现在的物业管理市场以及物业管理体系，了解现如今的物业管理要具备哪些优质的管理体系，才能够使当下的小区得到良好的管理。本文主要描述的就是物业管理企业如何去管理龙湖壹品这个高档住宅小区的，从多面对物业管理进行解析，使物业管理能够更好的融入到大家的生活中去。

Property management is a very practical one industry, have conducted research on this topic in this design. The graduation project not only requires me to fully grasp and property management related to theoretical knowledge, but also requires us to go to some of the property market in Nanjing to conduct some surveys, that have a certain ability in practice.
