摘 要

毕业设计，我选择的课题是招投标。通过完成招投标这一课题，让我所学的理论知识在实践中得以巩固，同时在编制招投标文件的过程中我也遇到了许多疑难点，我以查阅书籍和上网的方式将问题一一解决。无论上网还是查阅文献书籍，我都体会到招投标文件的编制是一个非常严谨的过程。我也深刻认识到招投标工作对于现阶段我国社会主义经济市场发展的重要性，涉及工程招投标领域的法律、法规正在不断改进和完善，建筑行业将长期作为中国经济发展的支柱而进行下去，所以招投标工作作为建筑行业的枢纽是至关重要的。但是在招投标制度日益完善的今天，我们应该清晰地看到建筑工程招投标活动中仍然存在着许多问题，这将让我们在招投标中时刻保持清醒的头脑。

本次毕业设计中，我要做的工作有工程量的计算、招标文件的编制和投标文件的编制，这其中的难点就是投标文件中技术标的编制，我们应根据工程实际情况编技术标，这要求我们要对整个工程的概况进行了解，包括工程概述、工程工期、工程造价等方面。编制技术标的过程中会遇到许多难点，这要求我们查阅相关书籍进行学习，所以，技术标的编制需要我们一直保持耐心。

Abstract

I chose the subject of the graduation project is the bid. Through the completion of the bidding this topic, let I learned the theoretical knowledge in practice has been consolidated. At the same time in the preparation of the bidding of the bidding documents in the process I also encountered many difficulties, I to refer to books and the Internet the problem to solve them one by one. Whether the Internet or access to literature books, I have realized that the preparation of the bidding documents is a very rigorous process. I have a profound understanding to recruit bidding work for at the present stage of our country socialist market economy development the importance of involving engineering tendering and bidding in the field of law, the laws and regulations are being constantly improved and perfected, the construction industry long-term as a pillar of China"s economic development and carry on, so the trick bids as a hub for the construction industry is of vital importance. But in tendering and bidding system is increasingly perfect today, we should clearly see the construction engineering trick there are still many problems in the bidding activities, which will allow us to in bidding and tender moments remain sober minded.

The graduation design, I have to do with the preparation of engineering quantity calculation, the tender document compilation and bid documents, the compilation of the difficulty is in the bidding documents technical standard, we should according to engineering practice to compile technical standard, which requires us to overview the whole project to understand, including the outline of project, construction period and project cost aspects. There are many difficulties in the process of compiling the technical target, which requires us to study the related books, so the compiling of technical standards needs to be patient..

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

1. 基础结构

本工程基础结构类型为砖混结构，其结构形式是地下条形基础。基础采用的砖的类型为240厚MU10混凝土实心砖，混凝土基础的垫层是100厚的素混凝土垫层。

1. 主体结构

主体结构类型为砖混结构，包括梁、板、柱、墙和楼梯。梁、板、楼梯和构造柱是有强度等级为C25的混凝土现浇而成。柱和墙是有MUKP1多孔砖砌筑而成，外墙厚度为240，内墙厚120。建筑层数为6层，高18.89m，抗震设防烈度为6度，合理使用年限为50年。

（1）门。本工程门的种类很多，有普通木质门、全百叶木质门、木质防火门、塑钢门、防盗门、铝制卷帘门、全钢板门、彩钢板门、电子对讲门和全玻自由门。
