摘 要

工程造价是建设工程项目当中最为重要的一个内容，建设项目投入资金的多与少，直接体现了该工程的实际经济效益。工程项目的实际投入也要与投标企业的实际经济能力，技术能力，工程项目施工经验相结合，合理考虑施工单位的建设能力。首先就我们所了解的知识，知道一个建设项目的造价就能够大致了解这个项目的整体规模。因此，这次我毕业设计选择的研究课题是工程造价。作为一名工程管理专业的大学生，研究此课题有利于我对之前老师教过的造价知识以及相关其他土木工程施工、管理、概念的进一步深层次理解，领悟，温习与巩固。面对即将离校踏入社会的我们，此课题还有利于我们将理论知识运用到实际工程当中，为以后的实际工作做铺垫。

针对玲珑湾工程，我们所要涉及的主要内容有招标文件和投标文件的编制。招标文件作为投标企业投标报价的编制依据，反映业主对该工程项目建设的经济和质量要求。投标文件不仅仅是投标单位对工程项目的竞标，还是日后承建单位实际施工过程的一个有效的施工依据。在编制招投标文件的过程中也会遇到许多问题，招标阶段的工程量的计算，投标阶段的施工组织设计都是最难写的部分。对于这些，编写的过程要保持足够的耐心，一步步的完成。

这次对玲珑湾工程的招投标文件的编制工作非常贴近实际，能够使我从中学到很多。不仅对以前的知识有了一个复习和巩固，也加深了我对工程招投标和工程施工建设的了解，对我即将开始的工作也有着很大的帮助。

这次对玲珑湾工程的招投标文件的编制工作非常贴近实际，能够使我从中学到很多。不仅对以前的知识有了一个复习和巩固，也加深了我对工程招投标和工程施工建设的了解，对我即将开始的工作也有着很大的帮助。

第一部分

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

1. 基础结构

本工程项目的基础是条形基础，基础上方用砖砌筑。刚开始用100mm厚的混凝土做成基础垫层，强度为C15,。然后再使用混凝土浇筑基础的主体部分，主体部分采用不同于垫层的C25混凝土。基础养护达到规定的强度以后，再在基础上砌筑M10的多孔砖墙，使用M5水泥砂浆砌筑。
