摘 要

在这次毕业设计中，工作共分为三个阶段：作为招标人完成对工程项目的招标文件编制；作为投标人完成对工程项目的投标文件编制；作为毕业生完成对招投标阶段工作的整理修订。在这些工作中，招标文件编制和投标文件编制是主要任务也是毕业设计中的难点。在招标文件编制工作中，难点有两点：一是根据施工图纸与结构图纸，按照国家及地方的现行规范，完成图纸所示的工程量计算；二是根据已计算好的工程量编制工程量清单，完成对清单项目特征的描述。这两项工作十分需要耐心与细心。

在投标文件编制工作中，主要难点也有两点：一是根据自身企业的情况，结合实际，完成对工程量清单的报价。二是根据企业综合实力与经济技术状况，完成技术标的编制，即编写一份施工组织设计来响应招标文件中的相关要求。这项工作十分需要我们结合实际情况来进行编写，不能凭空捏造或者随意编制。完成招标文件和投标文件的编制工作后，就是对之前两项工作进行整理与总结，在这项工作中，我需要审查和检阅之前的各项工作，保证各项任务的科学性、严谨性、规范性。除此以外，我还要将各工作相互联系在一起，保持一致。对各项数据和各种图表的整理，也要严格按照学院要求进行编制和排版。只有认认真真的做好每一项工作，严格按照国家、地方、学院的要求，才能顺利完成所有工作的编制。

In the bidding documents preparation work, there are two main difficulties are: one is according to their own enterprises, combining with the actual, complete to bill of quantities quotation. Second, according to the enterprise comprehensive strength and economic and technological condition, complete compiling technical target, namely, write a construction organization design in response to the bidding documents of the relevant requirements.We combined with the actual situation that the work very will need to write, not imagination or random.Develop the tender documents and the bid documents, is carried out on the two work before finishing and summary, in this work, I need to review and inspect the work before, to ensure the scientific nature of the various tasks, rigor, and normative.In addition, I also will all work together, each other. For the sorting of data and all kinds of charts, had to finish college, in strict accordance with the requirements of the compiling and typesetting. Only serious to do every work, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the state, local, school, to complete the preparation of all the work.

1. 基础结构

1.1基础类型

豫雍城的基础采用桩承台基础形式，基础设计等级为乙级，桩承台基础的桩采用PHC-400(95)AB-C80-12桩型。承台则采用C30泵送商品混凝土浇筑，采用桩承台基础可以减少施工现场的工作量以及材料的消耗，并且桩基具有承载力高、沉降量小，变形小，稳定性好的特点。
