摘 要

建设工程招标投标是国际上通用的一种科学合理的承发包方式，这种方式有效地将竞争机制引入工程建设领域，通过市场引导企业改善管理水平，提高综合实力。建筑工程实行招标投标制，在我国已经过二十多年的探索，且已成为建设工程交易的主要方式。

本次毕业设计完整模拟了北苑教学楼工程招标文件编制和C企业投标报价全过程。北苑教学楼位于泰州市姜堰区，建筑为地下0层地上3层的框架结构。招标文件详细囊括了土建、装饰工程的各项清单，详细例举了工程量的算法。并以C企业的角度，考量企业背景和行业背景等各方面进行投标报价，最终取得成果投标文件。

在后期的小论文中，论述了此次模拟招投标的心得体会，着重论述如何以C企业角度考虑报价。设计综述则详细例举了设计过程，作为记录。

The Preparation of Project Bidding Documents of Beiyuan School Classroom Building Project amp; Bidding Quotation by C Enterprise

Abstract

Tender of construction works is a scientific and reasonable way of contraction, which introduced effectively mechanism of competition into the field of engineering construction, and guided architecture enterprise to improve management standards and exalt synthesize actual strength. It has been more than 20 years since tender was applied in construction works in our country, and had become the main way of transaction in construction works.

This graduation design simulates the whole process of the preparation of project bidding documents of Beiyuan School classroom building project and bidding quotation by C enterprise. Beiyuan teaching building is located in Jiangyan District of Taizhou City, the building frame structure 0 layer underground and 3 layer overground. The bidding documents include the detailed list of civil engineering, decoration engineering, engineering quantity detailed examples of the algorithm. And C enterprise perspective, consider the business background and industry background of bidding, eventually yielded results of bid documents.

In later papers, this paper discusses the simulation recruit bidding experience, focuses on how to consider the offer from the perspective of company C. as a record, the design review detailed examples of the design process.

第一部分

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

本工程为乙类建筑，主要结构类型为框架结构。建筑面积为2102㎡（含外走廊面积），建筑层数为3层，建筑总高度为10.5000M，属于多层公共建筑。抗震类别为丙类，抗震设防烈度为七度，耐火等级二级，屋面防水等级Ⅱ级，工程合理使用年限50年。

1. 基础结构

（1）地基基础设计等级为丙级，基础采用梁筏基础。

（2）本工程以勘察报告中第②层土作为基础持力层，地基承载力特征值区取：fak=130Kpa。

（3）本工程基础0.000以勘探报告0.000为准。

（4）基础部分所用混凝土强度等级为：垫层C15，梁板C25，墙柱C25。

（5）本工程基础墙体采用蒸压灰啥砖砌块，宽240mm，砖强度等级为MU10，砌筑砂浆采用M7.5水泥砂浆。

（6）局部基础超深采取换填土方案，填土材料采用级配砂、碎石，填土必须分层夯实成压实土，回填土压实度不小于0.97.

（7）基槽、基坑开挖后，应采取必要的排水措施，防止雨水、施工用水以及地下水的注入，确保正常施工。

2. 主体结构

（1）混凝土：上部结构底层与其余各层梁板、墙柱采用混凝土强度等级均为C25.
