摘 要

目前建筑市场竞争激烈，投标竞争是施工单位承揽施工任务的主要方式。竞争获胜的关键在于编制一份切合工程实际的、高品质的投标文件，这是企业在承揽任务时最关注的问题。

本文的毕业设计任务、工作进程编制旨在对工程项目的实质性进展有所突破，对工作进程中遇见的实质性问题作出比较系统的总结与回顾，并对此次工作的内容提出客观的心得体会。

本文研究的内容是施工投标书的编制，每部分投标书均包括商务标和技术标。施工投标书的研究重点是工程量清单投标报价和施工组织设计的编制。施工组织设计的重点在于施工方案的确定及施工进度计划的安排。施工方案的确定对工程量清单的投标报价影响重大。

本次最后对编制施工组织设计的方法和技巧进行探讨和研究，就如何使施工组织设计的编制更具有价值做出严谨的分析。

本文研究的成果是一份规范性的施工投标文件。而本文的研究成果对施工投标工作具有一定的实用价值和指导意义。
