苏州金融商务中心暖通工程施工组织设计

摘 要

项目工程为苏州金融商务中心暖通空调安装工程，该金融商务中心A区有四个组团，由1#～11#共十一幢楼组成，总建筑面积为59362平方米，层数均为5层，局部四层。建筑物主体高度22米，地上5层，地下1层。本工程的施工组织设计共分为九个章节，首先仔细分析施工图纸对工程进行系统划分，然后进行项目结构分解和项目组织策划，再仔细进行工程量的计算，并按照《全国统一安装工程预算定额江苏省单位估价表》编制工程预算，根据现场安装工程实际操作与质量要求，绘制风管制作安装加工图，通过对施工段的划分和流水节拍的计算，画出了横道图和网络图，最后编制技术管理和质量管理的方案设计。

Abstract

The Project engineering is Suzhou financial business center HVAC installation engineering,There are four groups in the A District of the financial business center,The Project engineering consists of 1# to 11# a total of eleven buildings, with a total construction area of 59362 square meters, the number of layers are 5 layers, four layers of local.Its main buiding height is 22 meters,and it has ground 5, underground 1.The construction design of the project is in nine chapters,First of all, we have a careful analysis of the construction drawings and devide the system ,Then we carry on the project structure decomposition and the project organization plan, have a careful calculation of the amount work and prepare the project budget According to the "National unified installation project budget quota of Jiangsu province unit valuation table". We draw the production and installation of processing plans of the the wind pipe,according to the actual operation and quality requirements of the installation project. We draw a diagram and network diagram Through the division of the construction section and the calculation of the flow rhythm.Finally,we prepare the design of technical management and quality management.
