摘 要
本工程位于南京市,建筑总面积10289.7 m2左右。建筑为地上五层的医技综合病犯大楼,地上建筑总高度19.5m。其中:一层主要为大厅、门诊、检查室、办公室,二至四层为病房,五层为办公室和手术室。
本文首先利用谐波反应法对建筑负荷进行了计算,通过经济性和技术性比较选择了电制冷加冷水锅炉作为冷热源。针对各房间的位置和功能不同,一楼门诊大厅、门厅采用了全空气系统,过度季节可以实现全新风运行,最大程度上利用自然界的能量,节省能源。对其余门诊和病房等一些使用较为灵活的房间,采用了风机盘管加新风的半集中式系统。在第四章中通过计算确定了各房间的送风状态和送风量。对一次回风的全空气系统采用机器露点送风的方式,风机盘管系统中,对于面积较小的房间采用了侧送风的方式,节省吊顶空间。通过水力计算确保风、水系统能够正常运行。第九章对主机房设计、设备选型有详细说明,本文对消声减震及保温也做了一定的讨论。

Abstract
The medical building of the jail located in Nanjing covers an area of approximately 10289.7 square meters.The building has five floors on the ground of 19.5 meters high. The total building has rooms of different functions including offices, Outpatient halls, examination rooms. From two to four floors, it is mainly for the ward, and the five floor for the operation room.
In this paper, the harmonic response method is used to calculate the load of the building. With the economic and technical comparison, the electric refrigeration and water boiler is chosen as the cold and heat source. According to the location and function of the rooms, the outpatient halls on the first floor use the whole air system, which can achieve a new wind operation over the traditional season with the maximum use of natural energy. That will save a lot of energy. Other clinics and wards or a more flexible room use a semi centralized system called fan coil plus fresh air system. In the fourth chapter, the air supply condition and the amount of air to each room are determined by calculation. In a return air system, the machine uses the dew point of air. And in a smaller room of fan coil system, the air vent send the air flank for space savings. Hydraulic calculations ensure the normal operation of wind and water systems. In the ninth chapter of design, the room for refrigeration and boiler, the equipment selection are detailed. The paper also has made a certain discussion on noise reduction and heat preservation.
