摘 要

随着社会日新月异的进步，建筑行业也在飞速的发展，简单的物质层面的需求已经不再是人们关注的重点，人们越来越多的关住居住小区的环境建设，更多的考量居住小区与环境的融合，而不再是简简单单的一屋一舍，提出了将居住小区与自然环境融合的概念。

本文着重阐述了在本次的住宅组团整体规划和住宅楼的设计中，是如何做到将居住小区与周边的自然环境相融合，讲述在设计之中，做到将自然环境和小区的居住建设融合到一起，达到让住户在现代城市化的生活中，依然能和自然环境和谐相处。

一、工程概况

1.1 住宅群组团规划

项目位置：本设计为在南京地区的一块2.4公顷的建筑用地上，进行小区组团规划设计及住宅楼单体设计。该住宅群组团主要面向高收入收入家庭，项目共有住宅楼15栋，其中多层12栋、小高层3栋，多层中9栋为板式，3层为点式。整个小区规划功能十分合理、建筑布局错落有致、交通流线清晰、环境十分优美。设有地下停车场1个，占总停车车位的100%，无地面停车位。主要设置三个出入口，两个主要出入口，一个次要出入口。

二、设计说明

2.1设计理念及构思

近年来，随着国家城市化的发展，从二十世纪初开始，国家的基础建设行业飞速发展迎来了建筑事业的高潮时期。各地居住区的用地量不断的增加，越来越多的居住小区林立。发展带来着建筑行业的进步，人们在不断的思考中更多的考虑关于居住小区和自然环境的关系。

居住区的绿化设计最早源于西方国家，早在上个世纪，因为工业革命的迅猛发展，生态环境受到了很大程度上的破坏，给自然环境带来了一系列的严重后果，给人们敲响了一记警钟，人们开始重视自然环境。到了上个世界后半叶，发达国家就先后制定了相应的方针政策来改善居住环境。到了当代，人们更多的在关注居住小区的自然环境方面的问题。
