浅谈绿色建筑的发展现状

摘要：随着社会和科学技术的发展，建筑已经逐渐成为了多重发展的高科技多功能空间，但由于追求建筑功能性和居住舒适性，建筑的消耗问题也越来越严重，牺牲环境和生态的传统建筑行业的发展存在很大难度。绿色建筑，是把可持续发展理念引入建筑领域，在建设过程中节省资源、保护生态，为人们提供高效舒适的房间。在”十三五”期间，中国绿色建筑进入了一个新的发展阶段，但绿色建筑的发展仍然存在一些问题，需要进一步分析和探索。

Talking about the current situation of the development of green building

Abstract: With the development of society and science and technology, architecture has gradually become amulti-function space with multiple development. However, due to the pursuit of architectural function and residential comfort, the consumption of buildings is becoming more and more serious, sacrificing the environment and ecology. The development of the traditional construction industry is very difficult. Green building is the concept of sustainable development into the construction field, in the construction process to save resources, protect the ecology, to provide people with efficient and comfortable room. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, China's green building has entered a new stage of development, but the development of green building still has some problems, need further analysis and exploration.

1. 绿色建筑的提出

绿色建筑的”绿色”不是普通的屋顶绿化、建筑植物，而是涵盖建筑物的整个生命周期的绿色。通过新技术、新材料，不破坏自然条件，最大限度节约资源，减少污染，为人们提供健康、舒适、可持续发展的建筑^[1]。

1.1 绿色建筑提出的背景

在20世纪60年代，保罗将生态和建筑融入了Arology一词，并提出了著名的生态建筑（绿色建筑）的想法。1970年代开始，新兴风能、太阳能、地源热能等新能源的出现，节能建筑已成为建筑发展的前沿。1992年，联合国环境与发展会议在巴西里约热内卢召开，首次提出”绿色建筑”这个概念，现在已经在许多国家得到实践，成为世界建筑的发展方向。
