某水厂原水预处理和深度处理工程设计摘要: 某大型水厂现有水处理工艺为常规混凝沉淀过滤处理工艺,近年来随着《生活饮用水卫生标准》( gb 5749#8212;2006) 的出台,出水标准提高,水厂需要在常规处理基础上增加原水预处理,后续工艺增加了臭氧活性炭深度处理工艺,同时滤池反洗废水采用 uv 消毒处理工艺。
经改建后,水厂出水水质将大大提高,完全可以满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》( gb 5749#8212;2006)要求。
关键词 高锰酸盐复合药剂;pam助凝剂;臭氧活性炭;uv工艺 design of Raw water pretreatment and advanced treatment project in a large wtp abstract: the existing water treatment process was conventional coagulation sedimentation and filtration treatment process in a large wtp. as the standards for drinking water quality ( gb 5749 -2006) is implemented in recent years,the requirement for the treated water was improved. the wtp needed to increase raw water pretreatment based on the conventional treatment and add the ozone / activated carbon process in the subsequent process. at the same time,uv disinfection process was used to treat the filter backwash wastewater. after the renovation,the finished water quality was significantly improved and could meet the requirements of the standards. key words: potassium permanganate composite coagulant; pam; ozone / activated carbon; uv process 日益增长的人口和生产力水平,使得自来水厂面临着越来越大的挑战,除了要满足需水量,还需要考虑供水水质的安全因素,以最经济可行的方法提供高质量的水。
2. 研究的基本内容、问题解决措施及方案
1.课题背景国民经济飞速发展的今天,社会生产力也在很大程度上得到了提升,城市工业区的发展势头迅猛,集聚的工业园区对于生活用水和工业用水的需求量也增大了很多。
但在经济高速发展的同时,也对河体等水源地造成了一定程度上的污染,严重影响了水厂的原水水质,对水厂的水处理提出了更高的挑战。
因此,提高水处理环节的效率已成为迫在眉睫的任务。
