摘 要
本设计是南京华泰大厦建筑给水排水设计,任务内容包括给水系统、排水系统、消火栓系统、自动喷淋系统。
该建筑为商业住宅一类建筑,建筑高度69.40m,火灾危险等级为中危I级。所以将给水供给分为市政直供,变频泵加压供给中区3-11层,变频泵加压供给高区12-21层。给水管材采用入户管4级PPR管、立管采用铸铁管。
排水系统采用合流制,室内一层标高0m以上污废水经重力自流排至室外检查井,地下室污废水经集水坑内潜污泵提升至室外检查井,排水立管接有大便器的通气方式为专用通气管或侧墙通气;排水横管采用普通UPVC塑料管,立管采用螺旋降噪UPVC塑料管,雨水斗为87式雨水斗,雨水立管为UPVC塑料管。
消防系统采用临时高压,在地下室设水泵,屋顶设消防水箱。在地下一层,二层,顶层水平成环,其他竖向成环。管材采用焊接钢管钢管。自动喷水灭火系统根据地下室防火卷帘设两个区,管材为热镀锌钢管。

Water supply and drainage engineering design of Nanjing Huatai Mansion
Abstract:
This design is the water supply and drainage design of Nanjing Huatai Building. The task includes water supply system, drainage system, hydrant system and automatic spray system.
The building is a class I commercial residential building with a building height of 69.40m and a fire risk level of medium risk I. Therefore, the water supply is divided into municipal direct supply, frequency conversion pump pressurization supply layer 3-11 in the middle area, and frequency conversion pump pressurization supply layer 12-21 in the high area. The water supply pipes are PPR pipes of grade 4 for household pipes and cast iron pipes for risers.
The drainage system adopts the combined flow system. The waste water above the elevation of 0m on the first floor of the room is discharged to the outdoor inspection well by gravity, and the waste water in the basement is lifted to the outdoor inspection well by the submersible sewage pump in the sump. The ventilation mode of the drainage riser connected with the defecator is the special ventilation pipe or side wall ventilation; the horizontal drainage pipe is ordinary UPVC Plastic pipe, the riser is spiral noise reduction UPVC Plastic pipe, and the rainwater bucket is 87 type Rainwater hopper and rainwater riser are UPVC Plastic pipes.
The fire protection system adopts temporary high pressure, with water pump in the basement and fire water tank on the roof. In the first and second floors of the underground, the top layer is horizontally in a ring, and the others are vertically in a ring. Welded steel pipe is adopted as the pipe. The automatic sprinkler system is provided with two areas according to the basement fire shutter, and the pipe material is hot-dip galvanized steel pipe.

南京华泰大厦主体建筑为地上二十一层,地下一层。地下一层为车库、地上一至二层为商场,三至二十一层为住宅,其中二十一层为跃层,总建筑面积19800m2,建筑总高度73.70m。
市政自来水压力约为: 0.28MPa。
