天津某污水厂设计毕业论文

摘 要
污水厂是城市极其重要的基础性设施,其关系整个城市的污废水处理,其出水水质也将影响下游人民的用水水源。本设计根据设计任务书资料,对天津某污水厂进行设计。设计范围:水厂进水井至水厂出水井。污水厂的近期处理规模是 5×104m3/d,远期规模是 15×104m3/d,分期实施。根据水源水质情况,在经过方案比选,确定了污水厂采用粗格栅、泵房、细格栅、沉砂池、A2/O工艺、二沉池、纤维转盘滤池(深度处理)和消毒的处理工艺。剩余污泥要经过浓缩池处理和贮泥池储备,最终泥饼外运。本设计为污水厂设计,按照环保要求,设计需对污水厂臭气进行处理,所以采用污水反应池加盖,采用引风机进行抽气,最终达到除臭效果。本设计主要内用包括:污水厂管网设计、污水泵房设计、污水处理工艺方案比选及构筑物设计、剩余污泥处理工艺设计、污水厂平面设计、工艺流程高程图设计等。

Abstract
Sewage plant is an extremely important basic facility of the city, which is related to the sewage treatment of the whole city, and its effluent quality will also affect the water source of downstream people.According to the design specification, the design of a sewage plant in Tianjin.Design scope: water plant into Wells to water plant out Wells.The short-term treatment scale of the sewage plant is 5×104m3/d, and the long-term scale is 15×104m3/d, implemented in stages.According to the water quality of the water source, the treatment technology of coarse grille, pump room, fine grille, sand settling pond, A2/O process, secondary settling pond, fiber wheel filter (deep treatment) and disinfection was determined after scheme comparison.The remaining sludge should be processed by the thickening pond and stored in the sludge pond.This design is for the sewage plant design, according to the environmental requirements, the design needs to treat the sewage plant odor, so the sewage reaction tank is covered, the use of induced draft fan for air extraction, finally achieve the deodorization effect.The main internal applications of the design include: sewage plant pipe network design, sewage pump house design, sewage treatment process scheme comparison and structure design, residual sludge treatment process design, sewage plant plane design, process flow elevation diagram design, etc.
