摘 要
水资源是当前城市规划建设中经济可持续发展的基本保证,而任意排放污水或者污废处理不彻底均会给水资源的整体生态体系带来严重甚至是不可估量的破坏。
本次设计地区地处江汉平原中部一带,自然地理条件优越,区域规划前景明确,因此系统规划近期及远期污水处理十分必要。综合分析上述情况,本次污水处理厂设计将在充分调研该地区水文特征、气象条件、地质情况、受纳水体基本水质资料、人口分布的情况下,对整个污水处理厂的整套排水处理设施进行统筹布局以及规划安排。
其中,可通过对进水水质以及出水水质处理程度的核对分析选取适当的处理工艺流程。此外将对经流污水以及污泥处理工艺流程择选给予细致的比对斟酌,并针对具体污水及污泥构筑物土建结构进行详细计算。与此同时,本文将技术经济分析评价和成本资金考量贯穿设计的全过程,力求使本次设计的工程项目达至经济最优化。

The design of a sewage treatment project in Hubei province
Abstract
Water resource is one kind of basic guarantee of sustainable economic development in current urban planning and construction, while arbitrary or incomplete treatment of sewage discharge will lead to serious damage to the overall ecological system of the whole water supply resource.
The area designed is located in the central part of jianghan plain, one place with superior physical and geographical conditions and clear prospects for regional planning. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the short-term and long-term sewage treatment in a systematical way. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the above conditions, the design of the sewage treatment plant will arrange the whole set of drainage facilities in the entire sewage treatment plant after a full survey of the hydrological characteristics, meteorological conditions, geological conditions, basic water quality information of the receiving water body and population distribution.
Among them, the appropriate process flow is selected by checking and analyzing the treatment degree of inlet water quality and outlet water quality. In the process, the selection of flow sewage and sludge treatment process will be compared carefully, while the civil structure of specific sewage and sludge structure will be calculated in detail. At the same time, this paper takes technical and economic analysis, evaluation and cost capital into account throughout the design process, with the aim of striving to make the design of the project achieve economic optimization.
