摘要
该建筑为沭阳县行政综合楼主楼,主要包括生活给水系统、消火栓系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、排水系统和屋面雨水排水系统五个系统。 给水系统采用竖向分 区,-1到4层为低区,由市政管网直接供水;5层到16层为高区,采用变频加压供水。采用上行下给的供水方式,由变频无负压调速泵直接向中高区管网供水;生活给水管管材选用铸铁管。 建筑室内排水采用污、废水合流制,室外排水采用雨、污分流制。室内±0.000以上污废水重力自流排入室外污水管,地下室污废水采用潜污泵提升至室外污水管,排水立管主要采用伸顶通气方式和专用通气立管通气方式,部分立管需侧墙通气,排水管采用柔性排水铸铁管;屋面雨水采用重力流雨水斗,外排引向室外雨水管网。雨水管采用铸铁管。 根据规范,本建筑为办公楼,属一类建筑,火灾危险等级为中危I级,负一层地下车库为中危Ⅱ级。建筑地上十六层,设二个防烟楼梯间,和二部消防电梯,地下层为一个防火分区,一到二层每层为三个防火分区。 关键词: 给水系统 排水系统 消火栓系统 自动喷水灭火系统 雨水系统 |

Abstract
This design is a Water Supply and Drainage Design of Main Building of Shuyang Administrative Complex Building, which mainly includes five systems: living water supply system, fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system, drainage system, and roof drainage system.
The water supply system adopts vertical partitioning, with zones 1 to 6 as the low zone, and direct water supply from the municipal pipe network; 7th to 16th floors are high zones, and frequency-converting pressurized water supply is used. Upward supply of water supply method, the frequency conversion without negative pressure pump directly to the water supply in the high-end district pipe network; live water supply pipe selection of cast iron pipe.
The indoor drainage of the building adopts the confluence system of sewage and waste water, and the outdoor drainage adopts rain and sewage diversion system.
