摘 要
给水系统分区供水,从市政管网上接一根DN100的引入管,地上二层为市政管网直供,三至十层采用无负压变频供水设备加压供水,十一至十八层采用无负压变频供水设备加压供水并预留DN65给水管供空调机房用水。消防水池采用钢筋混凝土结构,置于地下室泵房外侧,有效容积864立方。建筑室内排水采用污、废水合流制,室外排水采用污废合流制,排入检查井后,经化粪池处理再排入市政污水管。卫生间采用多设立管形式,采用专用通气立管。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。建筑采用内排水,选择重力半有压流系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井。
根据规范,该建筑为一类高层建筑,室外消火栓用水量30L/s,室内消火栓用水量40L/s,火灾延续时间3h。消火栓充实水柱高度12m,水龙带长度25m,水枪喷嘴流量5.16L/s,消防立管管径为DN100。在屋顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。
该建筑采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,喷淋系统设计流量40L/s。报警阀设于地下室泵房内,各层均设水流指示器、末端试水装置和信号阀,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。本工程的自动喷水灭火系统分3个区。选用箱泵一体化消防增压稳压设备(包含18立方米消防水箱)贮存火灾初期10min自动喷水灭火系统、室内消火栓系统用水量,初期灭火由水箱供水,后期灭火由地下室的消防水泵和喷淋泵供水。

Abstract
The water supply system is zoned for water supply. A DN100 inlet pipe is connected from the municipal pipe network. The ground floor is directly supplied by the municipal pipe network. No pressure vacuum water supply equipment is used for pressure supply on the third floor to the tenth floor. Negative pressure frequency conversion water supply equipment pressurized water supply and set aside DN65 water supply pipe for air conditioning engine room water. The fire water tank adopts a reinforced concrete structure and is placed outside the basement pump room. The effective volume is 864 cubic meters. The internal drainage of the building adopts a combined system of sewage and waste water, and the outdoor drainage adopts a combined waste and waste system. After being discharged into the inspection well, it is treated in the septic tank and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe. The toilet uses multiple tubes to form a special vented riser. The fire hydrants were enriched with a water column height of 12m, a hose length of 25m, a nozzle flow rate of 5.16L/s, and a fire riser pipe diameter of DN100. One test fire hydrant is provided on the roof layer, and each indoor fire hydrant box is provided with a button for remotely starting the fire pump.
The building uses a wet sprinkler system with a design flow of 40 L/s. The alarm valve is located in the pump room in the basement. Each floor is provided with a flow indicator, an end test device and a signal valve. The signals are sent to the fire control center for processing. The project's automatic sprinkler system is divided into 3 zones. Use box-pump integrated fire-fighting pressurization and voltage stabilization equipment (including 18 cubic meters of fire water tanks) to store fires in the initial stage of 10 min. 一、工程概况
南京某行政办公楼主体建筑为十八层,地下一层为车库,地上一到十八层均为办公场所,每层建筑面积900~1200m2,建筑总高度67.20m。
- 给水水源
本建筑以城市给水管网作为水源,从西北侧的市政管网取水,供水水压为0.25MPa。室外消防给水可通过市政管网提供。
(2)排水条件
建筑采用合流排水体制,污水可直接排入城市排水管网集中送至污水处理厂。
