高层建筑消防给水系统 摘要:近30年来,中国的高层建筑取得了蓬勃的发展,处处高楼林立,这就为我们高层建筑的消防设计提出新的要求。
高层建筑有其特殊的物理环境,一旦发生火灾,极易造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,因此高层建筑消防设施必须完善、可靠,力求将火灾扑灭在初期阶段。
一般高层建筑的灭火介质仍然以水为主,因此在进行建筑防火设计的时候就要保证消防给水系统的安全性和可靠性。
水量和水压是衡量一个消防给水系统可靠性和安全性的两个重要指标。
本文就从建筑消防的给水系统来谈谈高层建筑防火设计中常存在的问题。

Now you can see tall buildings everywhere, which puts forward new requirements for the design of high-rise building fire. With special physical environment of high-rise building, it is easy to cause significant casualties and property loses once fire happens. As a result, in order to put out the fire in early stage, high-rise building fire safety facilities must be complete and reliable. In high-rise buildings water is still the main media for putting out fire. So it is important to ensure the safety and reliability during the design of its fire water supply system. The quantity and pressure of water are two important indexes to measure the reliability and security of fire water supply system. This paper will talk about the existing problems in the design of high-rise building fire protection from the aspect of fire water supply system. Key words: high-rise building, fire water supply system, design of fire protection 1.前言 1.1 基本设计原则 近年来,由于科技的发展新兴材料不断的出现,建筑内火灾荷载不断增多,火灾形势日益严峻,尤其是高层建筑。
《高规》中规定十层及十层以上的居住建筑或建筑高度超过24m的公共建筑属于高层建筑。
《高规》中同时给出高层建筑的防火设计必须遵循”预防为主,防消结合”的工作方针。
建筑消防给水系统是建筑防火的关键所在。
当发生火灾的时候,给水系统的正常运行是保证火灾初期人员安全撤离,减少火灾损害的决定性因素之一。
