高层建筑的消防设计问题 摘要：现如今，随着城市化的速度逐渐加快，高层建筑已经大量进入人们的生活，对高层建筑的需求也越来越大。

伴随着高层建筑数量的快速增长，随之而来的便是安全问题，其中消防问题是非常重要的一环。

消防问题关乎到人们的人身财产安全，是不可忽视的一点。

所以高层建筑的消防设计就是需要我们甲乙研究的部分，在此，便浅谈一下高层建筑的消防设计问题。

Therefore, the fire protection design of high-rise buildings is the part that needs our research, and here we will talk about the fire protection design of high-rise buildings. 引言：高层建筑的消防设计是给排水设计环节中非常重要的内容，为了保证高层建筑的安全性，以及保障人们的人身财产安全，高层建筑的消防设计便先得尤为重要。

这里便是高层建筑的消防易出现的问题。

1高层建筑的火灾特点 1.1高层建筑更易发生火灾且损失更大，救援更难 高层建筑的内部结构更加的复杂，用电设备更加的多样，内部装饰也更加精美，同时也就加大了火灾发生的可能性。

高层建筑在设计时会考虑到外部美观原因，所以其高度会高于实际消防救援高度，在发生火灾的时候，消防车可能会因为建筑过高而无法及时的扑救火灾，火灾的救援工作无法顺利的进行，导致第一时间不能扑灭大火，以致损失不能及时的遏制。

同时，高层建筑相较于中低层建筑有更多的电梯，电缆井等其他设备，这些结构在火发生时可能成为帮凶，这种竖向的井道会使烟气上升速度加快，导致火势蔓延速度加快，造成更大的损失[1-4]。

1.2高层建筑发生火灾时人员疏散更加困难 高层建筑因建筑高度较高，楼层多人员相较而言更加密集，在火灾发生时电梯停止使用，大量人员从楼梯逃生，楼层过高即便是第一时间也很难逃离。
