摘要：在我国，高层建筑指10层以及10层以上的居住建筑和建筑高度超过24m的两层或两层以上的厂房，库房。随着经济和城市建设的快速发展，在城镇中出现了以商业或办公为主要目的高层建筑。据统计，近年来全国乃至世界各地的火灾数据分析，高层建筑火宅明显逐年增多趋势，因此随着城市建设的发展，高层建筑的消防安全问题应引起人们的普遍关注^[1]。

Abstract: In China, high-rise buildings refer to residential buildings with 10 floors and more than 10 floors, as well as factories and warehouses with two or more floors and the building height exceeding 24m. With the rapid development of economy and urban construction, high-rise buildings with business or office as the main purpose appear in cities and towns. According to statistics, in recent years, the fire data analysis of the country and even around the world, high-rise building fire house obviously increased trend year by year, so with the development of urban construction, high-rise building fire safety problem should cause people's universal concern.

前言

随着西部大开发的进行，以及我国住房制度的深化改革，房地产业日益发展，成千上万栋的住宅拔地而起。高层住宅一般都有上百户，几百人甚至上千人居住。临街高层住宅建筑的下部则根据地段的商业价值设置了商场，办公间，娱乐场所，餐厅等。形成人员密集，可燃物较多的场所，一旦发生火灾，无论是扑救还是人员撤离都很困难。由于设计，日常管理，经营等问题，给这些高层住宅建筑留下了很多隐患，如不采取措施予以解决，势必造成特大火宅的严重后果。
