建筑给排水节水节能设计
摘要:随着城市化进程的不断加快和人民生活水平的日益提高,人们对建筑质量、舒适度等各方面提出了更高的要求。针对水资源污染严重、建筑给排水中水量调配不均匀及高层建筑火灾初期消防管网超压等问题,生活给水管道变频分区供水、减压节流;消防给水管道安装泄压稳压阀;热水供应系统优先考虑使用太阳能热水器;污废水排水采用合流制重力非满流排水;雨水排水系统采用虹吸式系统。建筑给排水工程中节能节水潜力很大,在设计中充分利用市政给水管网水头,应用太阳能热水器,合理控制超压出流,采用新型节水设备、新型热水循环系统,推广建筑中水回用和雨水再利用技术,是未来建筑给排水节能设计的发展趋势。

Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization process and the improvement of people's living standard, people put forward higher requirements on building quality, comfort and other aspects.In view of serious pollution of water resources,uneven water allocation in building water supply and drainage, and overpressure of fire control pipe network in high-rise buildings in the early stage of fire, domestic water supply pipes are divided into different frequency zones to provide water and reduce pressure and throttle flow. Fire water supply pipeline installed pressure relief valve;Solar water heaters are preferred for hot water supply systems;Gravity gravity non-full flow drainage is adopted for wastewater drainage.The rainwater drainage system adopts siphon type system. Energy saving in building water supply and drainage engineering water-saving potential is very big,make full use of municipal water supply pipe network hydraulic head in the design,application of solar water heater,reasonable control the flow of overpressure out using new equipment, new hot water circulation system,to promote building water reuse and rainwater reuse technology,is the development trend of building water supply and drainage energy saving design in the future.

一、引言
水是生命之源,水资源问题近年来更是上升为全球性问题。在我国,水资源短缺和水资源污染矛盾日益尖锐。建筑给排水作为一项与水资源问题密切相关的工作,必须冲破传统的设计思路,将节能环保的设计理念融入新的建筑给排水系统设计方式中,应用太阳能热水器、使用新型节水设备等措施已成为水资源开源节流的主要手段。只有与节能减排、绿色环保的理念相结合,建筑给排水工作才能取得长足的发展。当然,做好建筑给排水的设计工作并不是一朝一夕的事情,需要专业人员付出巨大努力,不断对建筑给排水的设计进行优化。同时,相关部门及人员也必须普及绿色环保的理念,共同落实建筑给排水的节水节能设计。
