摘 要
该建筑属高层公共建筑,建筑已完成条件图设计。 该建筑共八层,地下一层,建筑总高度为25.6m,地上八层。地下层设生活水池、消防水池、水泵房,并有自动报警装置。因为该建筑为公共建筑,所以除设有系统外,还设有自动喷水灭火系统。该建筑外墙的背面、正面30m处分别有一市政给水管道经过,管顶标高为-1.5m,管径为DN200,供水最低压力为20m水头;建筑背面50m、60m处分别有一市政污水管、市政雨水管,管底标高分别为-2.0m和-3.0m。
本设计一层至地上三层为市政管网直供,四至七层层为变频水泵水箱联合供水的给水方式。直供部分从市政给水管网接一根DN150的引入管,另两根DN100的引入管接至地下一层生活水池和消防水池。生活水池为装配式不锈钢生活水箱,消防水池采用砖砌混凝土结构,放置于地下室。排水采用生活污、废水合流制。泵房排水槽经汇集排至地下一层污水井,经潜污泵提升排至检查井再经过化粪池处理后排入市政排水管。建筑里所有给排水横管在吊顶内,将各单元生活污水管适当汇集转换到排水立管后排出室外。屋面雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至市政管网。
根据规范,该建筑为二类建筑,属中度危险二级。室内消防流量15L/s,室外30L/s。充实水柱取12m,水龙带长度取25m,水枪喷嘴流量5.2L/s,消防立管管径为DN100。在顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。
该建筑采用湿式自动喷淋灭火系统,报警阀设于地下一层,各层均设水流指示器和信号阀,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。各层均采用自动喷淋系统,地下一层采用下闭式直立式带保护网玻璃球喷头。各层均设末端试压装置以及放空管。本工程的自动喷水灭火系统不分区。屋顶消防水箱为12立方米,贮存有生活、10min自动喷水灭火系统用水量。自动喷水灭火系统和消火栓系统的初期灭火由水箱供水,后期供水由地下室的消防水泵和自喷泵供水一层和负一层设置减压稳压消火栓。
本设计采用重力式屋面雨水排水系统,裙房屋面单独排放。
