摘 要
给水系统分区供水,从市政管网上接一根DN200的引入管,负一层至地上四层为市政管网直供;五至十六层为加压区,采用变频泵加压供水。建筑室内排水采用污、废水分流制,室外排水采用污废合流制,排入检查井后,再排入市政污水管网。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。建筑雨水采用外排水,选择重力半有压流系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井。
根据规范,该建筑为二类高层建筑,室外消火栓用水量30L/s,室内消火栓用水量40L/s,火灾延续时间2h。消火栓充实水柱高度12m,水龙带长度25m,水枪喷嘴流量5.16L/s,消防立管管径为DN100。在屋顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。消防水池采用钢筋混凝土结构,置于地下室泵房外侧,有效容积641立方。
该建筑采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,喷淋系统设计流量30L/s。报警阀设于地下室泵房内,各层均设水流指示器、末端试水装置和信号阀,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。本工程的自动喷水灭火系统分5个区。选用箱泵一体化消防增压稳压设备(包含18立方米消防水箱)贮存火灾初期10min自动喷水灭火系统、室内消火栓系统用水量,初期灭火由水箱供水,后期灭火由地下室的消防水泵和喷淋泵供水。

扬州某开发区商务大楼给排水设计书
一、工程概况
该课题为扬州某开发区商务大楼给排水设计,该建筑属高层公共建筑,建筑已完成条件图设计,现要求给排水专业对其进行给排水设计。该建筑共十六层,建筑总高度为55.5m,地上十六层,地下一层。地下层设生活水池、消防水池、水泵房,并有自动报警装置。因为该建筑为公共建筑,所以除设有消水栓系统外,还设有自动喷水灭火系统。该建筑外墙的背面、正面30M处分别有一市政给水管道经过,管顶标高为-1.5M,管径为DN200,供水最低压力为25M水头;建筑背面50M、60M处分别有一市政污水管、市政雨水管,管底标高分别为-2.0M和-3.0M。

本设计应包括生活给水系统、消防系统(包括消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统)、生活排水系统、雨水系统。
