锦绣联合大厦给排水设计毕业论文

摘 要

本设计建筑为位于江苏南京的锦绣联合商务大厦,总建筑面积15960平方米,地下建筑面积1300平方米,地面总高度为63.75米,地下一层,地面以上15层,其中有群楼6层为宾馆,主楼15层为办公、会议等纯办公用房。给排水工程设计包括了室内生活给水系统设计,室内排水系统设计,室内外消防给水系统设计,热水系统以及雨水系统设计。

生活给水系统分为两个区:地下室至四层为低区,采用市政给水管网直接供水;五层至十五层为高区,利用变频泵系统供水。消防给水系统分为消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统,本建筑为一类公共建筑,而其建筑高度≥50m,按高层民用建筑防火设计规范》规定,室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取30L/s和40L/s,自动喷淋系统计算用水量为16L/s,自动喷淋系统在屋顶设增压设备,火灾初期10min消防用水量由屋顶消防水箱供给,消防水箱的水源由消防泵从消防水池抽取;10min后启动消防水泵,从消防水池抽水。排水系统采用污废合流制,排水系统采用特殊的双立管排水系统,通气冒高出屋顶2.00m,底层单排。热水系统采用集中热水供应系统,采用上行下给立管循环,热水只供六层裙楼宾馆洗浴用水。给水系统采用PP-R给水管材,消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统采用铸铁管,排水系统立管采用PPI螺旋排水管,各层排水支管采用普通的UPVC排水管。在地下层设贮水池和加压泵房,地下室另设集水坑,集水坑中设潜污泵,保证污水及时排出。
