摘 要

给水系统分区供水，宾馆给水从市政管网上接一根DN100的引入管，宾馆建筑二层至四层为市政管网直供，五层至十三层采用水泵水箱给水方式。附属用房给水A二层至五层；附属用房B三层至4层为市政管网直供，以上楼层由宾馆高位水箱供给。消防水池采用钢筋混凝土结构，置于宾馆地下室南侧，有效容积384立方。建筑室内排水采用污、废水合流制，经化粪池处理再排入市政污水管。卫生间采用多设立管形式，采用升顶通气方式。一层废水单排，雨水采用普通外排水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井。

根据规范，该建筑为二类高层建筑，室外消火栓用水量20L/s，室内消火栓用水量30L/s，火灾延续时间2h。消火栓充实水柱高度12m，水龙带长度20m，水枪喷嘴流量5.7L/s，消防立管管径为DN100。在屋顶层设试验消火栓一个，每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。

该建筑采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统，喷淋系统设计流量40L/s。报警阀设于一层泵房内，在每个湿式报警系统的末端设置末端试水装置，其余各层均设试水阀和信号阀，其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。选用18立方米消防水箱贮存火灾初期10min自动喷水灭火系统、室内消火栓系统用水量，初期灭火由水箱供水，后期灭火由地下室的消防水泵和喷淋泵供水。

南京南方宾馆大楼给排水设计

一、工程概况

本工程为南京南方宾馆大楼给排水设计，主体建筑为13层宾馆（架空层一层），其它两栋建筑分别为附属用房A(7层)和附属用房B（6层），总建筑面积为11279.16m² 宾馆建筑面积为5484.4m² 附属用房面积为5404.5m² 。宾馆建筑总高度为45.0m，附属用房A建筑总高度为25.5m，附属用房B建筑总高度为21.9。宾馆建筑地下一层为消防、生活水池和杂物室；其余均为客房。附属用房A一层为商铺，二层为餐厅，三层为会议室，四、六、七层为办公室、五层为酒吧和茶室。附属用房B一层为库房，二层为商铺，三层~六层为商务办公。

（1）给水

本建筑以城市给水管网作为水源，建筑的北侧、南侧50M处分别有一市政给水管道经过，供水水压为0.25MPa。

(2) 排水

建筑采用合流排水体制，污水经过化粪池而后排入排水管网。

二、设计依据

2.建筑设计防火规范GB50016-2006（2006年版）；

3.高层民用建筑设计防火规范GB50045-95（2005版）；

4.给排水制图标准GB/T50106-2001

三、设计内容

本设计应包括生活给水系统、消防系统（包括消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统）、生活排水系统、雨水系统。

四、完成的工作量

1. 设计计算说明书一本，包括如下内容：

(2)给水系统水力计算；

(3)排水系统水力计算；

(4)消火栓系统水力计算；

(5)自动喷水灭火系统水力计算；

(6)主要设备的选型与计算
