泰州市口岸中心小学教学楼工程方案一毕业论文

摘 要
本工程为江苏省泰州市口岸中心小学教学楼设计工程方案一,主体为四层,建筑四层总面积约为4200m2,总高度为17.05m。采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。本设计主要分为建筑设计部分和结构设计部分,结构设计部分包括手算和电算(PKPM)两部分。建筑设计部分在兼顾美学性和艺术性的同时,服务性功能成了楼层布置方案的重要因素,主要内容包括:在了解本工程概况、领会初步设计意图的基础上进行建筑施工图的绘制,熟悉了Autocad及浩辰建筑软件的应用。在手算结构部分,主体采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,设计内容包括:结构方案选择、荷载计算、楼面现浇板及次梁设计、水平地震作用标准值的计算、多遇地震下层间弹性侧移的验算、竖向及水平荷载作用下内力分析、承载力计算、基础设计和楼梯设计等。在电算结构部分,应用PKPM软件进行了结构设计。

Abstract
The project is the first plan to design the Teaching Building of Kouan primary school in Taizhou, Jiangsu. The area of this construction is 4200 square meters. There are four layer consist in main building, and the altitude of building is 17.050 meter. The building consists of the concret-frame structual. The design of this construction consists of building design and structural design. Structural design can be divided into hand computation and computer computation (PKPM). In addition to considering aesthetic quality and artistic quality, the important factor need to be considered is service performance. The main content of the function includes drawing construction plan basis on understanding the intention to project profile and preliminary design, being familiar with the application of AutoCAD and Haochen architectural CAD software, finishing fourteen building construction drawings and twenty-nine structural construction drawings. In hand computation, the building design adopts the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structural system. The design content of the hand computation includes structure scheme selection, load calculation, roof cast-in-place slab and secondary beam design, standard value calculation under horizontal seismic loading, checking computation of seismic elastic lateral between the layer, internal force analysis under vertical and horizontal loads, carrying capacity calculation, foundation design, stair design, etc. In the computer computation, PKPM should be applied to structure design.
