洛阳市星河苑1期5#住宅楼设计毕业论文

摘 要

本毕业设计题目是洛阳市星河苑1期5#住宅设计,该住宅楼的总建筑面积大约是2100平方米,共六层,建筑高度为17.4米。本建筑采用钢筋混凝土全现浇框架结构体系。
本设计内容分为手算和电算两部分。建筑施工图用天正建筑软件进行设计。其中手算部分计算书的主要内容为设计的总说明、构件尺寸的初步确定、框架的计算简图、荷载计算、框架横向侧移计算、框架在水平及竖向荷载作用下的内力计算分析和计算、内力组合、截面设计及基础设计。其中计算水平地震力作用下时采用极限状态设计方法。
电算时,先用PKPM软件进行结构平面布置,检查平面数据,输入次梁楼板,输入荷载数据,形成jws文件,画结构平面图,然后进行框架计算;最后用进行框架的空间结构计算,用探索者Tssd画出框架梁柱配筋梁。柱配筋图及内力计算结果。
结构设计的阶段大体可以分为三个阶段:
一 结构方案阶段:根据建筑的重要性,建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度,工程地质勘查报告,建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式,本工程采用的是框架结构;
二 结构计算阶段:包括荷载计算、内力计算和构件计算;
三 施工图设计阶段:根据上述计算结果,来最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及根据规范的要求来确定结构构件的构造措施
在设计过程中采用了手算和电算两种方式,对计算结果进行校核,及时发现设计中的错误以及与电算不同的部分,找出原因。

Abstract

The title of this graduation project is the 5 # residential design of phase 1 of Xinghe garden in Luoyang City. The total building area of this residential building is about 2100 square meters, with six floors in total and a building height of 17.4 meters. The building adopts reinforced concrete full cast-in-place frame structure system.

The design is divided into two parts: manual calculation and computer calculation. The construction drawing is designed with Tianzheng building software. The main contents of the manual calculation part are the general description of the design, the preliminary determination of the component size, the calculation diagram of the frame, the load calculation, the lateral displacement calculation of the frame, the internal force calculation analysis and calculation of the frame under the horizontal and vertical loads, the internal force combination, the section design and the foundation design. The limit state design method is used to calculate the horizontal seismic force.

In the process of computer calculation, PKPM software is used to arrange the structure plane, check the plane data, input the secondary beam floor, input the load data, form JWs file, draw the structure plan, and then carry out the frame calculation; finally, the space structure of the frame is calculated, and the frame beam column reinforced beam is drawn with the Explorer TSSD. Column reinforcement drawing and internal force calculation results.

The stage of structural design can be roughly divided into three stages:

First , Structural plan stage: determine the structural form of the building according to the importance of the building, the seismic fortification intensity of the building location, the engineering geological survey report, the category of the building site, the height and the number of floors of the building. The project adopts the frame structure;

Second, Structural calculation stage: including load calculation, internal force calculation and Component calculation;

Third, Construction drawing design stage: according to the above calculation results, the component layout and component reinforcement are finally determined, and the structural measures of structural components are determined according to the requirements of the specification.

In the design process, two methods, manual calculation and computer calculation, are used to check the calculation results, timely find out the errors in the design and the parts different from the computer calculation, and find out the reasons.
