摘 要

本设计主要完成安徽滁州开来家具材料2#厂房三层轻工业厂房的设计计算与施工组织，结构形式采用的形式为钢框架结构。本次毕业设计设计的内容包括了钢框架的建筑设计、钢框架的结构设计和本工程的施工组织设计。

安徽滁州开来家具材料2#厂房设计中的建筑设计部分包括：安徽滁州开来家具材料2#厂房的功能设计、和它的外观结构造型设计、以及它的日照程度，通风是否良好及防火防潮设计、还有一些其它的需要有特殊要求的的构造设计、厂房立面的外观和造型以及该钢架的材料如何选择等等。安徽滁州开来家具材料2#厂房的结构设计部分包括了：结构方案的确定：如何布置该厂房的屋面支撑、2#厂房柱间支撑布置方案、钢架节点的设计、基础的设计、设计并且计算墙梁、支撑。最后对安徽滁州开来家具材料2#厂房钢框架进行了施工组织设计。

通过本次设计，我能够把书本上的知识运用到实际生活中去，把实际和理论，也就是书本和操作相结合，通过设计一个钢框架厂房，让我系统的把大学学到的所有知识进行了一次全部的复习，让我的知识面又得到了提升，同时，在生活习惯遇到不会的问题如何解决上也收益颇丰，这些对我以后的生活，对我以后的工作都产生了非常大的影响。

Abstract

This design mainly completes the design task of multi-story light industrial plant, and the structural form is steel frame structure. The design content includes architectural design and structural design.

In two parts of this design: architecture design and structural design The architectural design part includes: functional description, engineering overview and structural design modeling, lighting and ventilation design, fire safety evacuation design, other special special requirements of structural design, facade modeling and Material selection, technical and economic analysis, and other issues that need to be explained. The structural design part includes: determination of structural schemes: including roof support arrangement, inter-column support arrangement, and internal force calculation unit; load calculation: internal force calculation under vertical load; internal force calculation under wind load. Internal force combination; frame beam and column section check calculation; node design (including column foot design); foundation design; wall beam and support design and calculation; combined floor design and calculation.     Through this design, I can apply the knowledge in the book to the actual life, combine the practice with the theory, that is, the book with the operation, through the design of a steel frame workshop, let me systematically review all the knowledge learned in the university once and all, let my knowledge be improved again, at the same time, how to solve the problems that will not be met in the living habits I also have a lot of income, which has a great impact on my future life and work.
