摘 要

本次毕业设计时张家港市锦丰镇沙洲小学综合楼投标文件的编制以及对对文件编制过程中投标决策、施工方案选择、不平衡报价策略的应用的说明。

在编制投标报价时，对招标文件中给定的工程量清单进行复核，进行工程量清单与计价，综合单价分析，措施项目清单与计价，其他项目清单与计价，规费、税金项目清单与计价，工程量计算，工程量计算按照《GB 50500-2013建设工程工程量清单计价规范》中的计算规则计算，工程计价采用清单计价形式。

本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，对工程质量、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。

Abstract

At the time of graduation design, the author explains the bidding documents and the application of bidding decision, construction scheme selection and unbalanced quotation strategy in the process of document preparation.

At the time of preparing the bid quotation, the quantity list given in the tender documents shall be reviewed, the quantity list and valuation shall be carried out, the comprehensive unit price analysis, the measure item list and valuation, the other item list and valuation, the fee, the tax item list and valuation, the quantity calculation, the quantity calculation shall be calculated according to the calculation rules in the GB 50500-2013 Construction quantity list valuation specification, and the engineering valuation shall be in the form of the list valuation.

The construction organization design, as the basis of the leading construction, takes into account as much as possible the quality of the project, the labor force organization, the construction schedule control, the equipment, construction methods of the main sub-project, safety assurance measures, civilized construction, cost reduction measures and so on, so as to highlight the scientific nature and feasibility.
