摘 要

本次毕业设计依据南京世荣置业有限公司的南京世茂G24项目一期工程施工招标文件来编制投标文件。本次一期招标范围为1-12#楼，17#、20-22#楼，包含相应地下室范围。

含有洋房，高层住宅(含保障房)，养老用房，商业，地下室及车库, 建筑面积：280120平方米。作为施工单位投标文件，本文件主要分为商务标和技术标两个部分。本次毕业设计根据图纸对工程量清单进行了简单复核。商务标主要是根据工程量清单填报价格，从而获得投标总报价。技术标即为工程项目施工组织设计文件，主要包括：综合说明、总体的施工部署和施工方案、施工进度计划、施工平面布置图、主要经济技术指标、保证措施。

Nanjing Shimao G24 Project Phase I Construction Bidding Document

Abstract

The graduation design is based on the bidding documents for the construction of the first phase of the Nanjing Shimao G24 project of Nanjing ShiRong Property Co., Ltd. The scope of the tender for the first phase of this time is 1-12 # building, 17 #, 20-22 # building, including the corresponding basement area. Contains western-style houses, high-rise houses (including security houses), old-age houses, commercial buildings, basements and garages, construction area: 280120 square meters As the tender documents of the construction unit, the bid documents are mainly divided into two parts: the business standard and the technical standard. This graduation design made a simple review of the bill of quantities according to the drawings. The business standard is mainly based on the amount of engineering in the engineering quantity list to obtain the total construction cost. The technical standard is the construction project design document of the project, which mainly includes: comprehensive description, overall construction and construction plan, construction schedule, construction layout plan, main economic and technical indicators, and guarantee measures.
