摘 要

本毕业设计“镇江罗马假日宾馆设计”为有实际工程应用需求的课题。工程地点坐落于江苏省盐城市，抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度值为0.15 g，设计地震分组为第一组。建筑场地长宽约51m×21m，建筑面积约6000 m²，为六层钢筋混凝土框架结构，首层比其余层高0.6 m，室内外高差为0.45 m。按照要求设有标准间、豪华间、高级套间、会议中心、商务中心、餐厅等，建筑入口处设置建筑面积为60m²~80m²的门厅，门厅与二层通高。

设计内容包括建筑设计，结构设计，施工图绘制以及外文参考文献翻译等四个主要部分。结构计算部分选取一榀框架进行手算，包括荷载、内力和配筋计算。 对整个结构则采用pkpm软件进行配筋计算。设计全部按国家标准，符合经济、 实用、美观、安全的原则。

Design of Roman Holiday Hotel in Zhenjiang

Abstract

The graduation project "Design of Zhenjiang Roman Holiday Hotel" is a subject with practical engineering application needs. The project site is located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the design basic earthquake acceleration value is 0.15 g, and the design earthquake is grouped into the first group. The length and width of the construction site is about 51 m × 21 m, and the construction area is about 6000 . It is a six-layer reinforced concrete frame structure. The first floor is 0.6 m higher than the rest, and the indoor and outdoor height difference is 0.45 m. According to the use requirements of the construction party, standard rooms, deluxe rooms, senior suites, conference centers, business centers, restaurants, etc. are required. A hall with a construction area of 60 to 80 is set at the entrance of the building.

The design content includes four main parts: architectural design, structural design, construction drawing and translation of foreign references. The structural calculation part selects a frame for manual calculation, including load, internal force and reinforcement calculation. For the entire structure, the pkpm software is used to calculate the reinforcement. The design is all in accordance with national standards, in line with the principles of economy, practicality, beauty and safety.
