摘 要

在建设项目中，安全生产是重中之重，但随着我国建设行业的不断规范，我国近年来的安全事故发生率并没有明显的下降。安全行为的研究是近十年来比较热门的领域。为了解自2008年到2019年期间影响安全行为对安全绩效的影响机理，掌握建设工程中作业人员工人的安全行为与建设项目的安全绩效的相关性，本文在检索了2008年到2018年的相关文献，通过三步走的整体审查方法，将文献计量学、科学计量学分析相结合，在深入的定性探讨中，本研究通过对安全行为相关文献的系统分析，为建筑行业的安全知识主主体做出了贡献。本文在通过Elsevier、Web of Science（WoS）核心、Scopus、工程（EI）村和EBSCO五个在线数据库中进行相关文献的检索，并统计后总结分析，发现近年来关于个人因素产生安全行为的研究较多，其数量和涉及的行业众多今后的研究还应采用更大的数据库，以便全面了解世界范围内对安全行为的研究趋势。本文通过在不同数据库查阅与主题相关的研究文献，先分类总结，再根据相关性进行联系思考，了解了目前国内外大致的研究进展、各地不同的研究背景、各学者之间不同的研究方法和技巧，通过对比联系尝试找出现在研究水平存在的不完善之处或有可能提高的地方，并且通过更深层次的原因分析，发表自己的见解何感想，尽可能提出适合我国国情的具有可行性的具体措施，谈论安全行为研究的可能发展方向。

本篇论文的主要研究工作和成果包括：

1. 总结建筑安全行为最新的研究关键词和主要研究主题；主要总结建筑工人不安全行为的主导因素；

（2）总结建筑工人安全行为影响因素之间的联系，并分析相互作用机理；

（3）根据总结和分析，从产生原因、作用因素等方面对控制安全行为提出较为全面的建议和符合国情并且具有可行性的措施。

The influence of construction workers' safety behaviors on safety performance:Based on a systematic review

Abstract

In construction projects, safety in production is the top priority, but with the continuous standardization of China's construction industry, the incidence of safety accidents in China in recent years has not decreased significantly.The research of safety behavior is a hot field in recent ten years.To understand influence safety behavior from 2008 to 2019 the effect mechanism of safety performance, grasp the construction workers in the workers' safety behavior and safety performance of construction project, this article in to retrieve the relevant literature from 2008 to 2018, through three steps of the overall review method, the literature metrology, science metrology analysis, in an in-depth qualitative discussion, this research through analyzing the safety behavior of related literature system, for the safety of the construction industry knowledge contributed to the main body.In this paper by Elsevier, Web of Science (WoS) core, Scopus, engineering village (EI) and EBSCO five online database of literature retrieval, and statistical analysis, found that in recent years the study of individual factors produce safety behavior is more, its quantity and involved in many of the industry in the future study also should use a larger database, so that a comprehensive understanding of the world within the scope of the study of safety behavior trend.Based on different database access to research literature on the subject, and classified summarized first, then according to the relevant contact thinking, to understand the general at home and abroad, different research background, the research progress of scholars between different research methods and skills, by comparing the contact now trying to find out the level of imperfections or is likely to improve, and through the deeper reason analysis, published their own views, as far as possible put forward feasible measures suitable for China's national conditions, talking about the possible developing direction of safety behavior research.

The main research work and achievements of this paper include:

(1) summarize the latest research keywords and main research topics of building safety behavior;It mainly summarizes the leading factors of unsafe behavior of construction workers.

(2) summarize the relationship between the influencing factors of construction workers' safety behaviors and analyze the interaction mechanism;

(3) based on the summary and analysis, the author puts forward comprehensive Suggestions and feasible measures in line with the national conditions for the control of safety behaviors from the aspects of causes and action factors.

选题背景

从建国后我国的建设施工行业得到了极大的发展，无论是从技术上还是数量上，都有了翻天覆地的提高，尽管如此，每年住建部公布的数据统计结果都反映出我国目前安全生产存在严峻的形式，事故发生频率、安全事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失并没有随着国家对行业的规范而得到根本性的改变。近年来政府不断就行业的规范发展推出相关的政策法规，但因为施工项目基数不断地增长，安全事故的发生数量也呈上升趋势。通过在政府住建部网站查阅今年事故发生情况的统计数据，得知我国2018年1月到同年11月份，仅房屋市政工程的安全事故就较去年同比增长55起，死亡人数同比增加8.55％。搜索从2010年到2018年的通报情况，根据数据资料绘制如图1-1折线图：
