摘要

在当今工程实际中，框架结构是应用非常广泛的一种结构布置形式。 它的
钢及水泥用量虽然比较大，造价也比混合结构高，但具有梁柱承重，墙体只起分隔和围护的作用，房间布置比较灵活，门窗开置的大小、形状都较为自由的特点。

本文将对酒店大楼进行设计，并对设计给予相应的说明，详述本酒店大楼的结构布置，根据建筑设计和相关规范条款给出合理的柱网图；在综合考虑了结构在各种恒载、活载、风荷载以及地震荷载作用下的情形后，详细的分析了结构在风荷载和地震荷载作用下的横向和纵向的各种性能，具体的计算了结构的梁、柱的弯矩、轴力、剪力，并进行了相应的内力组合，并由此进行了框架配筋部分，最后完成了柱下独立基础的有关计算。从而比较完整地完成了该酒店大楼的各项设计工作。

Abstract

In today's engineering practice, frame structure is a widely used form of structural layout. Its although the amount of steel and cement is relatively large and the cost is higher than that of the mixed structure, it bears the load of beams and columns, the wall only plays the role of partition and enclosure, the room layout is relatively flexible, and the size and shape of doors and windows are relatively free.

This article will design the hotel building, and give the corresponding explanation to the design, elaborate the structure layout of the hotel building, and give the reasonable column network according to the architectural design and relevant codes; after considering the structure under various dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake load, the paper analyses the transverse of the structure under wind load and earthquake load in detail. The bending moment, axial force and shear force of the beam and column of the structure are calculated concretely, and the corresponding internal force combination is carried out. From this, the reinforcement part of the frame is carried out. Finally, the calculation of the independent foundation under the column is completed. Thus, the design work of the hotel building has been completed relatively completely.

第一章 工程概况

1.1工程概况：

本工程位于江苏省淮安市，为淮安市某酒店大楼。建筑场地平整，约长45m，宽40m，层高自定，室内外高差0.45m，要求设计客房至少100间，会议室4间。结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构，整体建筑呈工字形平面，要求迎宾大厅和自助餐大厅，大厅层高自定，迎宾大厅与自助餐大厅根据提供的平面图进行设计，两个大厅均采用钢结构及玻璃顶棚和玻璃幕墙。本工程建筑层数为四层，建筑结构安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50年，建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类，地基基础设计等级为丙级，框架抗震等级为三级，建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，抗震设防烈度为7 度(基本地震加速度为 0.10 g)，地震分组为第一组。
