摘 要
本毕业设计为江苏省南京市某企业办公楼。办公楼高度为21.6m,层数为6层,结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。
设计内容主要分为两个:建筑部分和结构部分。结构部分主要是对结构布置,荷载计算,荷载分配,对荷载进行手算和电算,后面进行对比,然后绘制结构施工图。建筑部分主要是作初步建筑设计方案,通过老师批改后按照设计方案绘制建筑图。
本设计的难点:运用所学的知识探讨如何处理抽掉顶层某一中间柱子(形成局部大空间)问题。由于主梁跨度变大,试着采用钢-混凝土组合梁或预应力混凝土梁代替原有的钢筋混凝土梁,此部分计算、设计及对比分析在计算书中体现。
本毕业设计过程中我进一步了解了土木行业,也进一步深化了自己的专业知识,在做毕业设计当中学会了很多以前不知道的专业知识。

Design of an Enterprise Office Building in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province
Abstract
This graduation project is an office building of an enterprise in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The height of the office building is 21.6m, the number of stories is 6, and the structure form is reinforced concrete frame structure.
The design capacity is mainly divided into two parts: the architectural part and the structural part. Structural part is mainly about the layout of the structure, load calculation, load distribution, load calculation by hand and computer, after the comparison, and then draw the construction drawings of the structure. The architectural part mainly makes the preliminary architectural design plan, and draws the architectural drawing according to the design plan after the teacher's correction.
Difficulties of this design: Using the knowledge learned to explore how to deal with the problem of extracting a middle pillar from the top (forming a local large space). As the span of the main girder becomes larger, steel-concrete composite beams or pre-stressed concrete beams are tried to replace the original reinforced concrete beams. This part of calculation, design and comparative analysis are reflected in the calculation book.
In the process of graduation design, I have further understood the civil industry, and further deepened my professional knowledge. I have learned a lot of professional knowledge that I did not know before in the process of graduation design.
